I came through here 30 before closing. Despite my last minute order I was met with great service by the cashier Ellie, and in particular my server Ryan, who showed excellent decorum.

I usually expect a higher standard from Chick-fil-A, especially with delivery, but this experience was underwhelming. My large fries were only half full & lacked the usual crispiness — they arrived soft/soggy. Additionally, my order was missing a straw & the condiments I specifically requested. It’s frustrating, especially when customers are paying a delivery fee PLUS a tip, which easily adds $7–13 to the total cost.The delivery driver was prompt & professional, which I appreciated. However, the care (or lack thereof) in packing the order was disappointing. For the premium price, the service should reflect the same level of quality. Hoping for better consistency in the future.

This Chick-fil-A location used to be excellent—I never had a problem for over 2 years. Unfortunately, for the past 5 months, the service has declined drastically. Orders through the drive-thru or delivery are often missing items, and when I call, they promise to add vouchers to my Chick-fil-A app but never follow through.

When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he was dismissive and rude, saying there was “nothing he could do.” Last month, I ordered delivery and clearly noted that the food should not be placed on the ground due to my cultural and spiritual purity laws. Despite this, my order was left on the floor. When I told the manager, he simply said, “I guess he didn’t read the notes, and there’s nothing I can do.”

Because I could not eat the food, I requested a refund. He told me I had to drive there and bring the food back, which I did. He said the refund would appear on my debit card in 5–7 days. It has now been 4 weeks, and I still have not received it.

This location has gone from outstanding to consistently disappointing, and customer service is now poor. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves both their accuracy and professionalism.

I will not be eating at this location ever again.

Do you really need so many pickup parking spaces? It makes it difficult for people that want to dine in to find parking. What few dine in spaces you have are always taken. Not everyone can physically walk a long distance from the adjoining parking lot.

I shouldn't even give this location a star. Tell me why there was 4 crew members outside the drive thru entrance and not a single person walked up to take my order. Drive thru intercom also gave no acknowledgement after a minute . So me and my significant other currently at the drive thru window in hopes to get our order. Over a few minutes with zero assistance is unacceptable. Shitty service and zero acknowledgement! Chic fila so much for Top notch service! I'll never come back to this location. Very very disappointed. No my pleasure after I received my meal after I already had to drive up to the window! Clearly Management needs to train their staff how to be polite and acknowledge their customers in the drive thru!!
