Recently, they have started missing items, almost every time. Tonight, I had food delivered to my kids and they missed my son's meal, and I didn't find out about it until after I got home, when it was too late to do anything about it.

I ordered food for my family and I and when we got home, I was about to take a bite out of my sandwich and realized there was what looks to be a bite taken from the bottom. I called this location and they seemed to not care… It’s an understatement to say I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. Be careful, Check your food!

I have consistently said that they are doing their side salads wrong. If I go to the Alamo Ranch location this container is full and looks like it’s supposed to. But EVERYtime, at this location, it’s half full. When I brought it up a couple years ago they said “they’re weighted”. Well, it’s safe to say your scale needs to be recalibrated.

This place is nothing to write home about. I don’t know what all the hype is. This place is gross. The chick fil a chicken sandwich smells good but the chicken is rubbery with a tough texture. Chicken nuggets should be called chicken crumbs. They’re small horrible and were undercooked. The waffle fries are about their only good item. Other than that I don’t see what all the excitement and long wait lines are about.

Had my wife there for 20 minutes. Asked what her order was and what name it was under not once, but twice. Still got the order wrong and didn’t include the requested sauces; and they want $15 an hour. SMH.

This chick fil a specifically is responsible for taking a lot of my money. It’s very toxic when you find a fast food place that as consistently good as they are. So good in fact, that I won’t eat at a other chick fil a because it’s just not the same. I told my boyfriend today that if there ever came a day where we’d have to move and we were stuck between two houses we love, I’d pick the one closer to THIS chick fil a because my only gripe is that we live too far and my food gets cold by the time I get to my table, but that’s not their fault. The service is always great, the food is delicious and hot, and it’s like this 98% of the time. They forgot my cookie once, but I went back and they gave it to me. I wouldn’t even be mad even they hadn’t. Keep up the good work guys.
