Chic-fil-A is my go to place for chicken sandwich. Having said that, I hadn't been to this location in a while. No indoor seating anymore. Patio was pretty cool, thankfully it wasn't too cold. Service was great.

They constantly make orders wrong and miss items, the workers also seemed very rushed. I understand it gets busy, but this leads to not making orders correctly and rushing guests out before making sure they have it right.

I stopped by here before work since I had some time for breakfast. I decided to get my coworkers something as well and ordered. I had asked for chicken fil a sauces and when I got my bag, I didn’t think to ask for ketchup for the hash browns. Pete handed me my bag and I felt embarrassed to ask for more sauces. Pete was so sweet about it and after the way Pete responded, I didn’t feel like an inconvenience and it made me want to come back for the service.

Usually have a really good experience here. Tonight, I sat in the drive thru line after being told someone would come take my order in a second. Everyone behind me in line got their order taken. The guy who I presume was the one meant to take my order went to the other line and took all their orders. Tried to stick around for awhile but the guy behind me who got his order taken started waving his hand at me and I was just holding up the line at that point so I just drove along the line and left to get food elsewhere. Pretty unpleasant experience.
This Chick Fil A doesn't have a place to eat inside anymore. I didn't know this and was surprised to find only a small outdoor eating area. I'm not happy about this but I guess it's working for them. I love their Deluxe Chicken sandwich! It has lettuce, tomatos and a sauce of your choice. Even a choice of cheese!!

We had a great first time experience here. While getting our order taken the employees were very kind and made small friendly conversation. Robin, a fellow Hamilton fan working at the drive-up line was especially nice to work with and connected to us in such a nice way. He made our day 🤞 5 *
