I’ve been going to this location for years. Never experienced an issue here. Always friendly employees. They always get my order right. Even though it’s one of the busiest locations in SA, the drive thru moves quickly.

Two sodas were flat. The salty taste of the sodas ruined our meals. The offer to replace the drinks is not enough. We waited in line in the heat and got home to find we didn't get what we wanted and paid for is totally unacceptable. Totally ruined my day because it was my grandson's choice to get Chick-fil-A.

I didn’t get the older gentleman’s name but he helped bring out our food earlier today. He was very kind and told me they gave me a cookie for free. I really appreciate it and didn’t know where to leave a review. Thank you stranger.

No interaction with drive thru associates. They completely ignore you and my food sat there getting cold while everyone else was getting their food . They only needed my drink but didn’t bother to ask me what I was waiting on like at other locations.
Always check your food and drinks when going through drive thru. First they could not get my name correct “had me under Pebby”, seriously? Then I ordered a UNSWEETENED tea, it was correct on the ticket but i guess no one inside can read!!! When i got home as i drank my tea it was Sweetened!!!! Im Diabetic. When i called the store the Manager (Alexandria) wanted me to bring everything back for proof. Seriously miles away during 5pm traffic. She agreed to get me another tea at a later time. And she had the nerve to say that I should of told the order taker i was diabetic!!!! Omg …. No Ma’am your staff needs to pay attention to Detail. I guess i have to check everything from now on !!! its a shame we even have to do it.

Ordered on the mobile app and took off the pickles by mistake. And I ask for some pickles at the curbside window and the employee ask his supervisor and they said" we don't have extra pickles " I'm still in disbelief.Kid-friendliness: They gave my children a nice note with a joke. But no pickles ?
