Not the best quality chikfila food. You can definitely tell it's rushed and that not enough time was put in to make sure the food was up to standards. Staff is nice this year, however.
I recently retired from UTSA and frequented this fast food place 2-3 times a month. It's on the ground floor of the library in a food court. During lunch time (11a.m.-2:00 p.m.) it is really busy there and loud. They handle their line pretty well depending on who is working that day but generally about what one would expect.
