Stopped in to this location today and I must say these experience was horrible. First we are told they don't have hot coffee but somehow have iced coffee, nuggets looked like they had been cut in half to save money milkshakes were off favored. WTH Chick-fil-a......this location sucks

I’ve stopped at several of these establishments whether I’m back home or traveling, all of your locations usually give the best service and on top of that it’s the same service, this was not the case here unfortunately. Firstly I understand that it was busy at the time we arrived, however the employee that took our order (black polo, management I’m assuming) was not being very polite, did not ask if we were dining in or not, and it’s not a big deal but she did not spell my name correctly which caused us to wait longer cause the crew members could not pronounce it then just let my for sit at the carry out location. Of course we are sitting here waiting for an order that’s not even being called out, another manager was calling for a different name that passed by and we notified him we were waiting on my order, which he stepped by the Togo orders to check it out and of course it’s there but could not make out the name to it. I had to go up there myself cause no one was calling out for it and retrieve it, after that I was patiently waiting for a team member to help me refill my cup however I was almost being ignored by the staff as I was standing there with my cup. Eventually I got what I needed however if anyone out there is looking for the same chick fil a with the usual customer service this is not the place for that. I would probably drive an extra 10 min to go to a different location.

Bought 3 salads and all 3 had rotten lettuce, I wish I would have taken a picture. I took the lettuce to the counter to show them but just got a roll of the eyes from the clerk. Also, the bathroom was filthy, says a lot about the manager! We have a chik filet salad once a week and have never had bad lettuce. Unbelievable the manager didn’t address it or so much as apologize. Worse Chik Filet we’ve ever visited.

Average burgers, the notable difference is that they are chicken and they are tasty, that raises the level a little.

The customer service is good and the speed of service is good even if the place is very busy.

The prices are affordable.

Don't get the Pimento sandwich. Looks nothing like their advertisements. They skimp big time on the pimento.

Service was horrendous. Lady named Sam was so rude for no reason. Waited 30 minutes for food that we placed before everyone else. Again, Sam is so rude.

Would give zero if I Could give zero. Service was rude and not helpful. Waited 30 mins for an online order and staff told me to just wait. Soup was ice cold and staff member in black shirt was zero help. Bag was wet when handed to me and it broke when I was carrying it and my food spilled. Terrible experience from start to finish and the worst franchise I have visited in my entire life. Also must add that the reason why the order was taking so long is because they did not realize they had it in the system.

Says on the door that they open at 10:30am, they didn't open til 10:35am and then to top it off they don't even serve breakfast at this location. I just wanted some chicken mini's

Very crowded especially on weekends, sometimes there is no place to eat inside and you have to eat outside. It can be slow, a tip is to order through the app.

Reason: chicken was dry, fries were also dry and crumbly, when we ordered a kale crunch salad, we got what looked like a half eaten salad. Drinks weren't even filled up all the way, and the chicken nuggets were so microscopic I could fit it through my nose. The food looked, smelled and tastes like it was left out for an hour plus.

Reason: when walking in, I had to wait 5 minutes in a non existent line. After the long wait, my order was taken by shaneyla who was one of the slowest and creepiest workers I've ever met. First of all she stared me down for a solid 10 seconds before taking my order and whilst taking my order she was doing other tasks that weren't even related to my order. I ate my food faster than how long my order was taken. Her energy was non existent, really do feel as though she was on something. Her attitude was rude and her service overall was terrible, if I could put a negative review on this person I would.

Reason: employees energy was non existent. Felt like I was talking to zombies

Great quality food at Very affordable prices.
One must try the Grilled Chicken Nuggets with black pepper salt to taste!!!

Overall one of my STOP & GO place??

These people are exemplary. I felt this way when I walked in, and even if they didn't carry my beloved little ice type, I'll say they're all awesome, talked and behaved super nice; today I was in at 7--7.15 pm, Aug.12.2024. Applause. Thank you guys!!!
