Unfortunately, one of the dirtiest places. The food is not tasty, the grill is dirty, and the bun is unpleasant. Very disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A.

I have been to many different Chick-fil-a locations but NONE have ever been this organized nor this customer focused! They have mints, disinfectant wipes, straws, and highly organized condiments of all kinds. This tells you the level of detail that leadership instills in their daily operations! Great job!

Never have I submitted a low rating review but couldn't let this encounter go unchecked. Cashier named tiffany was incredibly unresponsive, rude, and seemed to be under the influence of a substance. This employee does not reflect the chick fil a standards everyone knows and loves. Management needs to take disciplinary action.

It was great with amazing food. Staff was nice but I could barely remember what happened since it was a rushed day for me. Would definitely come again if I need something quick with a comfy environment

Shelby has the worst attitude, when they brought me the salad I asked if they put a fork in the bag and the other associate answered “ you grab that yourself? Ok cool but that was a bad response

Americo was very disrespectful at the front counter and we ordered a large tea. He didn’t give it to us or a drink carrier for 4 drinks after we said it was for takeout. All he said was oops I didn’t count it but it was on the receipt?? Teach the employees how to have manners and better customer service. Rude and WEIRD.

Disappointed in my experience.

So I love love chick fil a I’m always eating it, I always get amazing service as well. But this location. Worst service every time. The last time I was there was just horrible, there wasn’t a lot of employees and they were all talking to this little kid saying “do jumping jacks and you get a free cookie!” They kept on saying that so many times. The only girl on the register stoped to go talk to the little kid when there was a long ass line and was like “ can someone help me with making a tea I don’t wanna” and they just kept giving this kid free cookies. Like wtf I just wanna order and get my food but no let’s give this kid free cookies for doing stupid jumping jacks. I finally get my ordered taken and I get my food like right away which was awesome but my friend that got just nuggets waited 20 mins for hers which was odd, oh cause they kept freaking talking to that damn kid. Yes I was hella annoyed cause of this. And I also got an ice cream cone and the guy was walking up to me with my cone but then stopped to talk to a coworker with my ice cream cone for a while till he gave it to me, as the line was still long. The service is just never good here. I don’t write reviews cause I honestly don’t like being a “Karen” but this experience just pissed me off. I still love chick fil a but not this location.

Huge gnat problem here. Gnats literally landing on my food while I’m trying to eat. Service is usually good. Food is decent for fast food. Just the fly problem.
