Went through the drive-thru, to the outside lane. The guy (Marco) who was supposed to be in that lane was helping a car in the other lane, not a big deal. He signals me to roll my window down and then says Wait there, not I’ll be right with you, none of that. Then I give him my name, he gets it wrong, again not a big deal. I order the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich meal. He could not even get the order right. No sauces. Wrong Sandwich. Extremely impolite, even when I said Thank you, no response, not even basic manners. There are a lot of kids needing jobs who would love to work at Chick-fil-A, why they’re hiring someone like Marco, who doesn’t represent what their company culture used to be is beyond me. It’s definitely degraded.

if you work in the mall never trust that they actually have your order ready when you get the notification it is. i constantly am waiting another 10 minutes after to actually get my food. Majority of the staff is never willing to help and will just blaze past you. never seems like their is an actual adult there just a bunch of kids running around.

Food and service was great, everyone welcomed me when I came in. :) Issac was amazing and gave me a refill for my drink and made sure everything was okay, but I couldn't help but notice there was a odor that kept coming around. Overall great time here, the only thing for the 4 stars is the odor.

Unfortunately, one of the dirtiest places. The food is not tasty, the grill is dirty, and the bun is unpleasant. Very disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A.

I have been to many different Chick-fil-a locations but NONE have ever been this organized nor this customer focused! They have mints, disinfectant wipes, straws, and highly organized condiments of all kinds. This tells you the level of detail that leadership instills in their daily operations! Great job!

Never have I submitted a low rating review but couldn't let this encounter go unchecked. Cashier named tiffany was incredibly unresponsive, rude, and seemed to be under the influence of a substance. This employee does not reflect the chick fil a standards everyone knows and loves. Management needs to take disciplinary action.

Shelby has the worst attitude, when they brought me the salad I asked if they put a fork in the bag and the other associate answered “ you grab that yourself? Ok cool but that was a bad response
