Just did a dine in mobile order they must not have said my name loud enough and they left it at the pick up area for 7 minutes my sandwich got coldThen I did a mobile order for 2 chicken strips I wanted 2 sauce but they didn't get them so I ask a worker for Polynesian sauce and he puts it in my hand like with an attitudeMost of the time the service is so much better I hope they fix this or I will be going somewhere else for lunch or I'll probably just save my money lol

Worst service I’ve experienced at a chick fil a. I get the impression the employees aren’t trained or are so brow-beaten they hate their jobs. Will not be returning to this location.
The service was surprisingly slow. The food wasn't fresh. You would think the long line they had they'd have fresh food. Nope you got cold fries and chicken.
Got a grilled chicken club and the bottom bun had mold on it. I told the employees who gave me a new one but at that point I was too grossed out to eat so I requested a refund. They bombarted me with questions until eventually they gave me a refund for the sandwhich. I ordered several other items but was too disgusted to enjoy them so they went to waste. It's bad enough that my food was moldy and I understand mistakes happen but the employees could've handled it better and done more to resolve the problem.

I’ve been to many Chick fil an and this one at LaCantera Mall is the worst service I’ve ever had. All the employees faces were sad like they didn’t want to work. They were all moving like sad broken turtles tht needed to be free. I will never come to this location again absolutely worst service

Ordered a cobb salad they made it wrong, on my lunch break. Lady manager with condecending tone said i can bring it back. Explained im on my lunch break and dont get off till late evening she told me nothing she can do about it. So i gotta go take it back to get a refund...offered to send a picture of this garbage and nope. So im out a lunch and i gotta go outta my way after work because THEY dont know how to make thier own damn food. Terrible terrible customer service, manager is shitty.
