They got my order wrong again, I guess it's something about this location that they can never seem to get order right and never listen when I bring up issues to them. Customer service and order accuracy seems to be a big issue for this location

Such a shame visiting this place for the first time. It was so dirty, unkept, no management on sight. Trash overfilled, no sweet tea. Do better. Lack of hospitality.The only pleasing part was the food.

We love Chick-fil-A like everyone else but for some reason this location is just not it. The staff doesn’t smile and not as friendly. We just moved in the area and go to Chick-fil-A more than I’d like to admit and unfortunately they constantly are either getting our order wrong or missing things like sauces or plastic ware. Food is great usually until yesterday my bread was burned on my #1, which was a first for me at Chick-fil-A. Idk just seems like for this location it just isn’t the same as others.

My boyfriend threw up everything. I don’t know why but this chick fil a food never meets. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the de Zavala location and that sucks cause I live 5 minutes from this one. It looked like the box of nuggets had been sitting there a while. The Polynesian sauce was way too sweet it did not taste the same. I’m disappointed but that’s not new

I ate lunch there on August 15 and Jolene was the cashier. She was friendly, attentive and helpful!
Went to get chicken nuggets, everyone was so sweet and i’ve always had great service when coming here! Plus they gave us free chick-fil-a cows! ily 💗

normally. i love this place. UNTIL yesterday night. first off, screw you guys, waiting in a drive thru, for 20 MINUTES and get this. i was FIRST in line. yall were about to close, and i was in the line still at the front for 20 MINUTES! AFTER yall closed still waiting on my food. and the guy who was behind me got his food first. he then reversed, went around me, and then flipped me the bird, he probably thought i got the whole menu. But here’s where it gets interesting i only ordered fries and a damn wrap!!! and the dude behind me gets his food FIRST? were the only two in the drive thru?! what caused this might you ask? photos. teenagers taking photos. WITH MY FIRES AND NO GLOVES. literally i wish i was kidding check the photos ive uploaded. i sat there, watching yall take pictures with my fries, caused me to get flipped off cuz the poor guy behind me thought i got the whole menu. nah fam. they are just in there taking photos. UNBELIEVABLE!? i worked all day, finally off work, sat in 1604 traffic for an hour then wanted food. and that’s what you guys did. great job. thats just wrong when you’ve got people who have paid in the drive thru waiting 20mins AFTER yall have closed still waiting on food. a wrap, and fries. hope everyone understands the statement im making. photos over your customers? and a guy flipped me off? when he should’ve been flipping yall the bird. so thanks guys. and btw the fries were cold. :( unreal. checkout the photos. and i was just sitting there watching.

Typical Chick-fil-A experience, except NO PLAYGROUND. Not sure why older reviews say there was one, but as of 2025, nope. This is very important information for parents of toddlers, so just wanted to let others know so they can avoid their children having meltdowns like mine did (:
