There is never a time when I pick up my drinks, either from curbside or drive thru, that aren't leaking or spilling and making a mess as they are handed to me. And very rarely do the carriers pay attention enough to apologize.
The fries actually being fresh is about a 50/50.

I cannot believe I am only rating Chick-fil-a ...1 Star. Take a look at these tenders...if that is what they are. Ordered two 4 count and all but two were raw breading and fillers. How awful and dissatisfying this was.🤮

I ordered the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich and whoever made it barely put anything on it. the pickles were all in one area and they barely put any cheese on it.

Absolutely the worst CFA experience ever. They opened at 10:00, I was their first customer at 10:10 when I ordered my food. I was not notified that they had to prepare food and I was on a short timeline. I waited 10 minutes and still no food was ready. One would think a fast food restaurant would have something prepared to serve when they opened, that is the meaning of Fast Food… so, even at 10:20, 20 minutes after opening, food is not ready to serve. I ended up walking away, without my food. To add insult to injury, they were filled with employees who were all seemed like they were standing around socializing. If I could give zero stars I would. Ironically, this review cost me $10 and a hungry appetite…

I was sad because we ordered salads for $9.99 each and though we asked for one to be plain and vegan and one to be regular, they came out very similar. As a vegan, I can't have ANY cheese and all the cheese strips in the salad made it to where I had to skip lunch. There no options for la senora taking our order to make it custom like needed so as a vegan, I did learn a lesson, Chick-fil-A is a no go for me. Well, the lemonade was good ?And we did get some great guest service. But, no one got what we ordered yesterday..

Vegetarian options: No real vegan options here though we tried.

Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions are hard to keep up with for most so no, our diets weren't respected here. I had cheese in my vegan salad.

Parking: It's the mall. Kinda weird cause you walk past big trash cans.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are lots of accessible doors and ramps here so pull up. ???

Made an order through the official app, it was indicated that they will deliver a maximum of 30 minutes, 60 minutes passed the order did not even start cooking, just wasted time waiting left hungry, Catch your well-deserved rating.
