Chick-fil-A

In my opinion it is worth it to drive farther to a different chic fil a with an actual drive through. This is the worse drive through experience ever. I ordered on the app and it took 20 minutes to check in my order and even longer to get my order when it was not even a busy time. One worker was checking in orders including people who still had to order in the drive through. You are not going to get fast and speedy service here that you are used to going to other chic fil a drive throughs.

For the last 3 years this was the place for lunch if you worked in the Mall. Not anymore. It should not take over 11 minutes to get a salad that is basically pre made. Today's salad was mostly lettuce harts and bit wilted. The no longer gives you the option for mall delivery. This is my last order.

Food was hot and fresh and the service was good.

All good. These people are quick and rhe food is great.

Horrible manager of this place. Made me come inside to pickup my order instead of using her drive thru. She litteraly told me, “it’s not her staffs job to bring out a pickup order” what a disgusting person.

There is never a time when I pick up my drinks, either from curbside or drive thru, that aren't leaking or spilling and making a mess as they are handed to me. And very rarely do the carriers pay attention enough to apologize.
The fries actually being fresh is about a 50/50.

I cannot believe I am only rating Chick-fil-a ...1 Star. Take a look at these tenders...if that is what they are. Ordered two 4 count and all but two were raw breading and fillers. How awful and dissatisfying this was.🤮

I ordered the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich and whoever made it barely put anything on it. the pickles were all in one area and they barely put any cheese on it.

Absolutely the worst CFA experience ever. They opened at 10:00, I was their first customer at 10:10 when I ordered my food. I was not notified that they had to prepare food and I was on a short timeline. I waited 10 minutes and still no food was ready. One would think a fast food restaurant would have something prepared to serve when they opened, that is the meaning of Fast Food… so, even at 10:20, 20 minutes after opening, food is not ready to serve. I ended up walking away, without my food. To add insult to injury, they were filled with employees who were all seemed like they were standing around socializing. If I could give zero stars I would. Ironically, this review cost me $10 and a hungry appetite…
