Attending this location at Rolling Oaks Mall SATX. A condiments is a condiment. I love sauces on my nuggets. I ordered a 12pc... didnt realize we have to pay for extra. Upset I even had to pay. The Director of Operations took my order.... DIDNT BUDGE FOR THE EXTRA SAUCES. WHICH i wanted 2 of each of the 4 sauce flavors I chose. Do better chickfila. BUT WHEN MY NAME WAS CALLED, I NEEDED NAPKINS.. REQUESTED THEM AND MORE SAUCE.. AND SHE GAVE ME WAY MORE THAN WHAT I purchased. Thank u!

I didn’t realize this location was inside a mall when I placed this large to go order for 45 people. They set up a drive thru area outside the mall allowing me to drive up and pick up my order! They had everything organized perfectly and their customer service was outstanding! The food was delicious!

This location has gone above and beyond, not only do these folks walk a ways with your food in some hot temps but they always do it with a smile. Today I took my son pick some dinner for home and we were missing his kids meal.called the restaurant to get a refund and they literally brought the meal to my doorstep! Amazing 🤩 thank you for going above and beyond.

Went to chick fil a Saturday Sept 20th and the service was great. What was not great was seeing a grown woman and her teen son degrading the employees there because she said she waited to long for her drive thru order (which is outside rolling oaks mall). This immature crazy lady was screaming at them but these young people stayed professional even when she crazily snatched the receipt from the young lady's hand. Then I find out her son had thrown the food at them outside. BTW I hope she's reading this. Don't treat people like that and don't show your kids that's OK.

Didn't have a great experience at this location. We ordered on the mobile app and had food delivered. When we opened one of the kids' meals was missing chicken nuggets. Then my son took a sip of his chocolate milk and said it tasted gross. I took a sip and it was completely sour. We were able to get a refund for the chicken nuggets. I guess we'll see on the chocolate milk. Even after refunds I probably won't use this location anymore.
There is no Chik fil a near Thousand Oaks and Nacodoches area. Huge inconvenience.

Don't go through the drive thru, you will wait an extraordinary amount of time for a simple order. And people behind you will get their orders before you and leave. All you get is 'sorry'.

We recently visited this chick-fil-a at Rolling Oaks Mall. I’ve never had a bad experience with any chick-fil-a restaurants until this past weekend. After we finished our meals in the food we went up to get refills for my drink. It wasn’t busy by the way. We were at the counter by the drink dispenser. There were workers manning the registers taking orders and there were three workers standing behind the cashiers talking. They noticed us but ignored us even though we had been waiting a couple of minutes. We had to raise our voices to get their attention. We asked for refills and a very young man came to us with a smirk on his face. He made it very obvious that he was bothered by us getting their attention. And it was very obvious he didn’t want to help us. We found that very rude and unprofessional. Gio was his name I believe.

Spend a total of 44mins. The cashier in drive thru did not have change for $100. It's 2pm this location is busy enough by this time I don't see why this would be an issue. Also all the people I had interactions with are kids. Very young. That is not always good. Cheap labor but the customer service goes out the window. It is not what you say. It's how you say it. These younging need a class. I ask for a Manager. I got a 20years old that did not understand what my issues are. The wait was ridiculous. Not how I wanted to spend my day off. Usually I have a great experience but this time. Maybe there some much going on and this crew is unable to handle. My food was fresh but the wait was dumb. I had to go break the cash and come back. I spend 45mins here total. And the disrespectful attitude from these kids need some positive work. And some good English speakers please. I'm 33 years old. Watch yo MOUTH ❗
