This is my third or fourth visit to this Chick-fil-A. I've never had any issues overall, but things like under-salted fries, a slightly crumpled sandwich, and a long wait time are a bit of a letdown. Not the best location
ATTN Veterans - Super rude manager - asked why they weren’t participating in the free sandwich for Veterans Day and he replied - ha, cause we ain’t.
Thanks - never eating there again.

I LOVE the Spicy Chicken Deluxe! It is a perfectly delicious combination of spice with the PepperJack Cheese and lettuce and tomato to cool it down. What a treat!!

Employees are very hard working at this location and provide excellent customer service. My order is almost never wrong after coming out of the drive thru, the times I’ve dined in the employees were very friendly and had a great attitude. Highly recommend this chick fil a location !
I ordered soup expecting soup should be warm or hot but this one is not even warm. Ordered was dispense st 6.59pm

I ordered grilled and spicy pimento sandwiches. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through (it was just me and two other cars), I get told that they are out of grilled chicken and if I would like to switch to a regular grilled sandwich instead. I said no let me do spicy instead. They said ok. Took another 7 minutes to get it done. However, all that is fine because mistakes happen. What wasn’t is that not a single apology came out of anyone, not even the manager that saw me waiting for a long time. I said wow that took a while and the response was “we had a confusion in the back”, and just walked away. No apology, nothing. Bottom line, the management seems to have gotten terrible. Not your usual chick fila service.
Update: Chicken is cold!

Very badly managed store. I've used the iPhone App several times to place a carry out order, and not once have they had the order ready for me no matter how much time I give them, which is usually double what they say will take to prepare the order. This last time, I show up and they've lost the order. Supposedly, I didn't press the right button on the App even though they billed me for it. So, I wait and wait. And wait. Turns out, they put the order on the To-Go rack and didn't bother calling my name. Only reason I found out was due to another customer wondering where his order was. This place pales in comparison to the Chick-Fil-A at the RIM which is a much better store, both in terms of service and food quality. The Leon Springs store has had issues with food quality and service from the day it opened.
Fun, clean family friendly with playplace for under 10. Plenty of dine in space. Order grilled chicken nuggets if desired for salads or otherwise.
Vegetarian options: Salads and soups available.
Parking: 2 lines for drive thru.
