In a space of one week, 2 similar experience of selective customer service, that is disgusting. I’m 6’1 tall, impossible not to be seen standing. How can I watch staffs walk past me like I am not there, finish whatever they were doing, and immediately run to another customer coming behind me to attend to that customer. That I have to shout for attention before someone made an effort??? That is Horrible, don’t create room for people to make victimhood and racism live longer. We all should make effort to put that lie to death, but it appears behavior like this gives it breath… next time it happens it won’t let it pass.

I have not seen it that busy. The staff was attentive. Consistency with our meal.
This location has staff that will take your order at the table, so you don't have to stand in line or even have a smart phone.

As a self-proclaimed chick-fil-a enthusiast, experience matters, portion size matters, and speed of service matters. This chick-fil-a has consistently provided all of the above better than any other in the city, in my personal experience. Can’t recommend enough!!
Cant say I care to have the “you can order at your table…” conversation every time I show up. It’s not faster and it would be nice to just take my order and seat myself like EVERY OTHER fast-food restaurant on the planet operates.
