I’ve never been to this location but the food wasn’t great and they got some of my order wrong. I did go through the drive but there was no miscommunication. They read my order back to me and it was fine. It was busy but after I drove home to my eat my food, i noticed that they didn’t put cheese on my husband’s sandwich ( which is an extra charge btw) and it wasn’t breaded all the way and both of our sandwiches were chewy… I also ordered 2 large fries (also extra charge) but both were not filled all of the way, it was basically a medium fry in a large cup. And the fries they gave me were almost like chunky crumbs or small pieces of fries. Not the big ones that you’d normally get and they weren’t salty either. I know what you’re probably thinking, why didn’t you go back to make it right? I would have, but it’s a downtown location and it’s not super accessible, as in, the parking situation is terrible and the traffic was rough. I know it sounds like I’m being overly dramatic and picky. But I’ve had better experiences at CFA’s before and I’m disappointed in this one because my food was $30! If I’m going to pay that much for fast food, then I would like to get my moneys worth.

This is one of the best restaurants in the downtown of San Antonio. Always clean, great customer service and a good management with the young crew of servers. I highly recommend it

Incredibly slow. Got my order completely wrong. Got an egg white grill and a chicken mini and they gave me only a biscuit with no sauce. I noticed after I left on the way to work and could not return to fix it. Tried calling to get my money back but nobody answers. Worst chic fil a I’ve ever been to.
