There were almost no jalapeños on the new sandwich they're advertising. It's the first time I've been in years and it's just for this sandwich, very disappointing.

What's the deal with all these Chick-fil-A's I think they figure this is a great idea building everyone with a drive-thru area that is like a racetrack and then everything no matter where you go has to go one way I guess it's a great idea for you Chick-fil-A but not for your customers. Makes no sense whatsoever done with Chick-fil-A that alone is that bad and irresponsible! I'm not about to explain to you why that's a bad idea you really should try to figure that out yourself!

The 1st time I came the service was great. I usually use the mobile app to order even if we dine in. Today I decided to order in for dinner as you can see I spend more than $50 to feed a family of 5 and today they forgot to give us all the condiments I order for everyone order. That is why I gave them a 3 star. I should have checked my order but after working all day I just placed the order in the other seat hoping my order was correct. I hope they pay attention to their orders the next time.

Don’t know if they write these themselves or if they come printed - I’d like to think they come hand written. Funny how the world works when you need it most. Had this on my cup this morning… now if that ain’t a sign I don’t know what is. Enjoyed that cup a little more than I usually do. And for that I am thankful. Keep getting up.
Been here a few times for breakfast, lunch, and a quick bite. Newer CFA and it is becoming the one I most frequent.

Chick-fil-A: The best fast food in town... except on Sundays. I mean, who decided that the perfect time to close down the best chicken sandwich place was on Sundays? It's like they're trying to tempt me with their deliciousness only to snatch it away at the last minute. My Sundays are now filled with a mix of sadness and determination to plan ahead for the next week's Chick-fil-A fix. 10/10, would recommend, but please, please reconsider the Sunday closure.

Don’t come to this Chic-fil-A. I had confidence that the order was correct. The drive-thru girl was nice and put in the correct order, the order was given in a timely manner BUT the workers who put the food in the bag left out two chicken sandwiches that were part of two meals. How do you do that?
Busy parents can’t afford to cut their time from their kids to go back and spend 30-45 minutes through 5 o’clock traffic and be inconvenienced for Chic-fil-A’s mistake.
The manager on the phone must have bipolar disorder because she kept cutting me off when I was explaining what was missing. This was after the long tirade of them asking and reconfirming again if I used the Chic-fil-A app which means their listening skills are sub-par. Then said she could send me a credit through the Chic-fil-A app IF I scanned there before, but since we haven’t scanned there before, she could not issue a credit to the app. Laughable, as I’ve already stated we haven’t ordered from that location before.
She also could not issue a full refund back to my card after explaining to her the inconvenience of driving back. She said I could physically go there with my card to get a refund on the two sandwiches. You failed to provide me exactly what was ordered.
Hangry teenagers aren’t a great thing. They got the macaroni, apples, and drinks correct, but left out the chicken sandwiches? Come ON.
Gas + Miles + Traffic + Time. I’m wasting money on a mistake today. Nothing was gained and bellies weren’t full. Never ordering from this ghetto, low-level location again. Let’s see if they know how to do a refund correctly.
