I came into this Chick-fil-A location to pick up a DoorDash order and also place an entrée order for myself. As I waited to be served, an employee named Elisa looked at me with a confused expression and asked, “Can I help you with something?” I was a bit taken aback by her tone and the way she asked, but I politely responded that I was there to pick up a DoorDash order. Very rude but in a sweet tone. I was confused
Elisa then pointed to the side, and before I could finish explaining that I also wanted to place a personal order and scan my Chick-fil-A app, she stopped me mid-sentence and said she would get someone else to take my order. A manager then came over and completed my order.
While I appreciated the manager’s help, the situation was still very uncomfortable. I felt singled out and somewhat discriminated against based on how I was approached and dismissed. I was simply there to pick up an order and place one for myself, and the interaction made me feel unwelcome. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve communication and ensure that every guest regardless of appearance is treated with courtesy and respect.

I ordered via the app for pick up through the drive thru on 10/15/2025 and the wait for the mobile thru lane was longer than the regular drive through lane. I received two bags -one with my husband’s order and the other with a Cobb Salad. I just checked to see if the salad container was in there. When I arrived home, I realized I received the wrong protein on the salad. Everything else was correct. I called the restaurant to request a refund because I did not feel like dealing with the traffic to return to exchange it. I talked to a supervisor with the first name beginning in “C”. He was not the friendliest on the phone. He asked for my order number and confirmed my order. He advised he could give me a reward for the salad which I agreed with. He further advised it could take 24-48 hours to receive the reward. I waited almost 72 hours and had not received the reward. So, I took my time to return to the location on a Saturday with the incorrect salad. (I kept it in the refrigerator because I wasn’t certain he would follow through because of his attitude). The same guy was working the register when I entered the restaurant. I advised him that I spoke with him on Wednesday about getting the wrong salad and that I had not received a reward for the salad like he promised. Without saying anything to me, he got his phone out and scrolled through the phone. I told him I had the order number if he needed it. He found my order and processed a return. He did not say he was sorry for the inconvenience for having to return to the restaurant. He actually seemed bothered that he had to refund me the money. He only expressed sorrow when I asked for an apology. This was not the customer service I usually get from any Chick Fil A.

Sometimes it gets busy and sometimes it's not. No matter what is happening, they are always do a quick service to get you quickly in and out. Always consistent taste and expectations are always met. Overall great service to everyone. Thank you.

Their breakfast portions are not consistent. I get the breakfast bowl with sausage for my baby and this is the smallest portion I've ever seen from them. They barely get half a sausage patty as it is, but this is what I got this morning

This CFA doesn’t know to things right. I can’t ever be pleased with this cfa. Sauce isn’t even in the bag and then the sauce that goes on the sandwich ISNT on the sandwich. Fries are 9/10 tasteless. NEVER TRUST THIS CFA.

Jake needs high recognization! He was working the dining room and just happen to be outside and my 4 year old and I were in the parking lot fighting bees and he was able to come over and help us and shut my car door as my daughter and I ran away 😅 (super afraid of bee's) Thankful for him!
