I found a hair in one of my nuggets( strand of hair was longer but I had took it out not thinking anything of it and found more when I really looked), gagged and disgusted by the fact that I could’ve potentially ate more than one with hair.

Not this one but the one in s e military dr this young staff drive thru did not took my order right, drove up to window another staff yapt as to block staff which in turn was putting lots of salt on our food extreme salty very disappointed with the behavioral of the staff with manager on site. If you have to eat at resteraunt don't drive thru eat at place to make sure order is right

The manager Ashly is extremely disrespectful and clearly has no concept of customer service. Unfortunately I spend my money here multiple times a week.. please move her to another store so I can enjoy a respectable meal.

Did not give me my whole order. Had to wait for a sandwich while my food was getting cold. I was looking forward to the meal and then this. Never again eating at the Chick-fil-A mall location. The one down the street way better service never have these kinds of errors. Very disappointing.

Check your orders before leaving !! They never give you your full order ! Also, the tea taste like sewer water!! They are so stingy with the sauces. I order a good amount of food through the app and only gave me 3 sauces.

Just showed up to pick up an order for Uber eats and the manager is telling me that the order was already picked up over an hour ago….. And I explain to him if that order was delivered to the customer I wouldn’t be here right now to pick it up… And I explain to him (which he was a younger guy) that what other restaurants are implementing that help a lot with theft is they make their rideshare drivers confirm the pick up before leaving so that way if the order ends up missing after the fact then it falls in it’s driver and they won’t keep sending drivers to pick up an order that isn’t there wasting our time and gas…. And then he confidently says “I have them confirm the pick up” but I told him obviously cause it you had done that initially then I wouldn’t be here to pick up an order…. And mind you I was one of multiple drivers to show up for that order that was taken all because he couldn’t have his employees confirm the pick up or he himself do it yet lie to my face that it was done….. Restaurants need to do better because we are trying to make a living just like you are and by not doing this you are actively hurting us in the process….. do better chik-fil-a…
