I finally stepped into Chick-fil-A for the first time for lunch, and I have to say...it was a great experience! The atmosphere was super friendly, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. One thing that caught me off guard, though, was the sheer number of sauces to choose from. I was not prepared for that level of decision-making, haha. When I politely declined any sauce, the cashier quite frankly yelled, "WHAT! NO CHIC-FIL-A SAUCE?!" I felt compelled to choose one... anyone just one, haha. The food itself was solid & classic, fresh, and definitely lived up to the hype. But what really stood out was the service. You don’t always walk into a fast-food place and feel like the employees actually enjoy their job, but here, the positive vibes were everywhere. Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back... well, mainly to work my way through the rest of the sauces! If you’ve never been before, just be ready to make some tough sauce decisions or be yelled at! Haha

So I went yesterday February 26, 2025 got a few different orders my husband got a Cobb salad had no eggs i tried calling them no answer called about 8 times. So today I went back and took the salad because I didn't want to hear anybody say I don't believe you. The lady looked at me dumb i told her I no longer wanted the salad and asked if I could have a different meal which she replaced but I had to pay the difference. But I guess they really needed those 2.44. good job Chick-fil-A

The food was great and quick but we had to pay extra for sauce which I’ve never had to do before. You only get one sauce for an 8 count nugget and have to purchase sauces extra if you want any for fries or burgers. Very disappointed in how cheap a Christian company has become. So much for the customer comes first.

Today I ordered the Original Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich with medium waffle fries and a large soda. The food was very good and delicious! The times that I have gone to get food from this Chick-fil-A location the service has been wonderful! Above and beyond excellent! The employees are always So full of energy and very kind. This particular location is not known for its cleanliness! There is no one to clean the tables. Floor is dirty. Place us small. The layout of the building and inside floorplan is very tight. May need better management or retrain employees AND management.

I been to this place twice a week for years their friendly staff but too busy talking to other employees that they messed up my order twice this month n I also noticed the chicken for sandwiches are very small doesn’t cover the buns . I leave messages and never receive a phone call back .
