Went to this chick fil A and was HIGHLY disappointed. I ordered my meal and asked for everything fresh. They gave me a warm sandwich with cold fries and my order was made incorrectly missing stuff. I took it back and nicely asked for a remake. They came back with a sandwich that was warm again (NOT hot) with ICE COLD UNMELTED cheese and I am quite sure they gave me the same fries back and added like two fresh fries on top because when I poured the fries out the rest were cold and hard. I REALLY wanted to ask for my money back because this was so substandard of chick fil a. Im so done right now!

Drive thru & curbside now take forever! Since adding the new chicken & waffle to the menu. I ordered curbside, app said a team member will bring out my food and waited another 3 minutes before I got down to ask for my order that was just sitting on the counter! And I still had to wait for them to get my drink. They understaffed (most likely due to the holidays) but this is not what I'm used to from this Chick-fil-A.

Awesome staff, amazing food. Like no kidding. Best Chick-fil-A by far. No funky smells, no rude staff, super clean tables and floors and play place! They are cleaning every 2 minutes. Fabulous to see. And with clean cleaning supplies btw! No dirty rags, 10/10 Chick-fil-A. Chicken and fries came out perfect.

Well went thru drive thru ordered. 5 cars ahead of me and she walks and goes ves my life rder. Asked if everything is in the bag? Said yes. No ketchup no knife to spread my mayonnaise. Got cold waiting in line. Keep up the good work!
