the nuggets were so salty that i couldn't eat them. i was afraid i was going to have a heart attack in mid bite. if this was a new person making the nuggets, then i highly recommend management actually taste the nuggets once an hour and give employees feedback about their overzealous salting of the food. there is no excuse for over salted food.

you can always ADD more salt, but you can never take it away.

The service was terrible, the manager started arguing with me because I said the service was terrible, I explained to him that I placed my order online 15 minutes ago, and that it took a lot for me to not be there, there were no customers in the store , and only the manager addressed me in an annoyed tone instead of giving me a solution, he just attacked me, I work in the plaza and for the same reason I ordered online so that it wouldn't happen to me, but it came out Anyway, I wasted my time, I didn't eat, since I had to come back again, what a terrible attitude from the manager, I won't go again

Me and my pregnant wife decided to have this chick fil a for dinner tonight, she ordered an original chicken sandwhich with Colby jack cheese, tell me why these little kids working at these fast food restaurants can never get anything correct, she received a spicy chicken sandwhich, like I mentioned before she is pregnant, so she can not handle spicy food, this really ruined our night, I called the store, spoke with Omar, and he told me they would fix the sandwhich tmr morning, by tmr morning my wife won’t even care ? Or maybe she will?, I drove down and told Omar I’ll be there in 10 minutes, since they close at 10 and the time was 9:48, when I arrived I spoke to an employee they gave me my new sandwich and fresh fries?, thank you Omar , you saved me

The woman at the front counter was yelling the names of people right on my face
I am a delivery driver and i went to pick up an order
She made me confirm the order and then didn't want to give it to me
That's really bad treating people who deliver for them like that its just unacceptable
It's already bad to get an order from there because it's inside the mall
we have to find a parking spot then walk inside to have to deal with her attitude
she wanted me to start the delivery when i have to walk all the way to my car that makes us lose delivery time
She just had a bad attitude and she is not supposed to be dealing with people and passing her bad energy to us.

I know it’s a mall but managers seemed snobby about there employees mistake.
When the employee made the mistake they took back the food we touched and served it to other customers

Very disappointing and unprofessional. I came in to order two meals two simple meals and they got the first meal wrong like how do you even do that? On top of already giving attitude and looking annoyed was just not a very welcoming feeling. After I got my food I sat down and opened my food and it was incorrect going back to let them know it’s wrong they don’t even apologize they inspected my food and start giving me a price to pay the difference for the correct order that itself is awful. In the food industry you don’t accept food back neither do you charge them you just correct the situation. They insisted I pay the difference but why should I if they are the ones who made the mistake the cashier calls over her manager and again no apology straight to the money pay the difference, start talking talking to each other in Spanish assuming I didn’t understand after not being able to get helped correctly I give up told them not to worry about it and asked for my food back and they kept refusing to give back my food I had to ask for it twice they kept on waiting for me to pay the difference. Zero consideration for their mistakes and poor training.
