It was pretty good but the quantity options were limited and it seemed pretty expensive for fried chicken....like nearly $30 for two of us. It was way more than we could eat but I didn't see any smaller family meal options on their menu.

I don’t know why we keep giving them another chance. They always disappoint. It takes 20+ minutes in the drive thru, they get the order wrong almost every time and the drinks other than tea never taste good.
Always clean and the food is always great! The people that work here are head and shoulders above most fast food workers. You can tell that they care about the people they serve.

Once a month, I treat myself to my go-to comfort meal: the 3-piece combo with an extra breast, fries, corn nuggets, and a large unsweet tea. It’s my monthly “yes, you deserve this” moment, and Chicken Express has never let me down — especially this location.
I stopped by on Sunday evening around 7:10 PM, ready for my usual. They let me know the chicken breasts were still cooking and it would be a 15-minute wait. No problem — fresh chicken is worth every second. I told them, “Take your time — I’ll wait.” I’ve waited longer for a toaster to pop.
About 10 minutes in, an employee came out with my drink — my beloved unsweet tea — and kindly apologized for the delay. He asked if I needed anything else, so I requested Sweet’N Low. He brought it out immediately, friendly and professional. Service with a smile — rare these days.
Then another employee came out and handed me a gallon of unsweet tea — no joke. I was floored. A whole gallon! I half expected balloons and a “Customer of the Month” sash. It was just genuine, thoughtful customer service.
When the food came out, everything was hot, fresh, and exactly right. The chicken was juicy, the fries were crisp, and the corn nuggets were dangerously delicious. Not one mistake. Not one cold bite. This team gets it right.
This is hands-down the best Chicken Express location I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff, excellent service, and perfectly cooked food — fast food doesn’t get better than this.
Thanks again to the team working Sunday evening. You made my monthly treat feel like a five-star dining experience. See you next month!
