Ordered for quick pick up during my work lunch break. The place was so cozy and the employees were so friendly, I ended up staying and eating there. They included a small cookie that was a perfect sweet end to a delicious chicken salad Wonderful first visit, will definitely go again!

Since this restaurant opened about a year and a half or maybe closer to two years ago, I have been ordering delivery from them without a single problem using UBER EATS. In August this year I started having problems with trying to order through Uber Eats from them and I’m not sure why.I spoke to the manager at the restaurant because every time I would place an order on UBER EATS, they would cancel my order. And basically tell me the restaurant couldn’t take care of my order. That’s when I called, they are literally around the corner from me about 15 minutes or less.. And the really odd part is it happened in August when I tried to place an order and then almost one month later to the day I tried again and it canceled my order and I thought something’s going on so right after it canceled my order I placed an order again and it was canceled again. Right after that, I tried talking to the manager and she didn’t seem to know what was going on. She said she had had some complaints that people couldn’t order from her on Uber or DoorDash and then she was still getting orders on her computer from Uber and DoorDash. so I called UBER EATS and finally got to a person to speak to and I was on the phone with him for 45 minutes. And he agreed he could see all of the order cancellations on the computer not just mine. And most customers were complaining of the same thing I did. so there’s a glitch somewhere in the computer that’s affecting this restaurant’s delivery orders. I decided to try ordering directly from the restaurants app and that didn’t work either. I kept getting errors. Needless to say, I am very disappointed because I really enjoy their food and the chicken salad is just really great and always taste fresh. And they have many different varieties to choose from. I could not say enough good things about the food. And you should all give it a try. But I suggest maybe you going through their drive-through or into their restaurant. I certainly hope that Uber is able to work out whatever the problem is because I used to set up orders to be delivered like the next day for lunch And my daughter would stop in and have lunch with me. And that way I would have everything here and ready to eat when she got in. I kind of felt sorry for the manager, but she really has to step up and take the initiative and get together with Uber and try to figure out what the problem is.

In the drive thru I Ordered 2 small salad Quick Chick Classic carol and Buffalo Barclay along with a Spicy Pimento Cheese Ball. Asked for crackers they said sure what kind. Got home and only had 5 crackers!! 15.00 for pimento cheese ball and 16.00 for chicken salad gives you 5 crackers!! Definitely check your bag! Last time I came they did not do this, gave me plenty.

My only complaint is that the past 3 times I’ve come it’s been out of what I wanted to order and all the employee could say was “everyone loves egg salad and it was a busy day” , I guess if you’d like your order to be available then don’t come when it’s busy ? Idk it’s not just egg salad but they seem to be out of things often, at any time of day. Likely won’t come here anymore, unfortunately.

It's a really nice place really clean I didn't realize that they were large chain the food was good I like my chicken salad and a broccoli cheddar soup was good
