Chili's in San Antonio

“This Chili's location has had a real positive change from what it was a few years ago. I guess they have new managers, because before you couldn't see them anywhere. Now there a tall blonde guy, that is always checking on tables, helping out servers and, and last couple of time he even waits to meet you on your way out. Food has BEEN GREAT, come out hot a fast, drinks perfectly presented, and the waiters with very good attitude.
My kids and I will keep going as long as it feels right....“

“So my server was amazing her name was Claudia. She had checked up on any needs we had was quick to tells us about anything on the menu and was very smiley. Very great worker need more of them like her. She deserves a raise. Just saying workers like her deserve them.“

“We had Kyle as our waiter tonight and he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely funny.
What really stood out was his ability to handle a challenge with ease. Even when the restaurant briefly ran out of clean silverware, Kyle handled the setback with ease. He quickly brought plastic silverware as a great alternative and proactively let surrounding tables know about the delay before it could inconvenience anyone.
He was clearly managing several tables, but he maintained a fantastic attitude and his comical demeanor made the entire dining experience enjoyable.“

“This place saved the day! We had planned to meet some of our work family for dinner for my husband's birthday!! The first party my husband has had in over 10yrs!

I called somewhere else and asked if they could seat a party of 15 they told us no problem until we got there and they wanted to put us in 2 back to back booths and 1 across. Ummm no. So in a quick last minute scurry I found this Chili's 4mins away! I called hoping but doubting they could help. The gentleman who answered said he would see what they could do and to give him a min. He quickly came back and said they could help. We got the directions to those who had not arrived at the other evil place and off we went.
When we got there our table was already set up and our server was super sweet. We had the best time and my hubby was very happy 😊

“Today was my son's birthday and we the best experience. The server was absolutely amazing she did an amazing job. The food was so amazing everything was just perfect in every way. They even gave my son free ice cream and sang to him. Thank you for such an amazing experience“

“It's the first time I've ever been in Chili's and I was not disappointed ❤️
The food was incredible, and a lot.
The margarita was big 😂, but very good.
We had Aubrey as our server, and she was really nice and made sure everything was good.

I do apologize for the bad tip my dad gave.
I worked in a restaurant too and so did my husband, and tried to explain to him that it's not the server fault, when the food wasn't good for a guest or not seasoned or anything. I tried my best

“When we walked in it was relatively sparse. It was most busy and noisy in the bar area. We decided not to sit at the bar area and we're seated immediately to our right. I ran to the restroom and my date took a seat and gave drink orders. When I came back to the restroom about 5 minutes later a manager asked had we been helped. I told her that I don't know. I had gone to the restroom and I have not seen anybody since. After that it was much better. The servers are a little on the slow side but nothing big. Overall will be back“

“Arrived during a quiet afternoon with 9 adults and 6 kids under 5. They quickly accommodated us and moved tables for us to sit together. I forgot how great the chips and salsa, and the Trio with chicken stripes, Southwest Eggrolls, and Mozzarella sticks were so awesome! This place ROCKED!!“

“We stopped in for lunch and it was as good as it ever is and it’s always very good. We had the Ancho Salmon and the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Delicious! I tried the strawberry tea and my wife had the blackberry tea. They were both fantastic! The kitchen did a wonderful job in preparing our food. Nothing was over cooked and everything was great tasting and fresh! Our server, Brianna, was the icing on the cake, with her attention to detail and her knowledge of the menu items. She was very attentive and checked back with us often for refills and any additional requests we may have had.

“I haven't been back to Chili's in years and finally had an opportunity to have a little date night. It was great, the food was good, the margaritas were lit and our server Richeena was great, nice, attentive and professional! The value was great too, great margaritas specials and the 3 for me was awesome too! Great customer service and the place was clean. We'll be back!“

“This was my first time trying Chili’s with my friend and it was a really good experience. Our server recommended the 3 for 1 deal which we can order a soup (btw thank you for that) and the enchilada soup was very good! I ordered the honey chipotle chicken sandwich and it was super good! Highly recommend this place! Service was very fast too“
