Chili's in San Antonio

“So my server was amazing her name was Claudia. She had checked up on any needs we had was quick to tells us about anything on the menu and was very smiley. Very great worker need more of them like her. She deserves a raise. Just saying workers like her deserve them.“

“This place has gotten so much better than the last time I was here, maybe a year ago. Much cleaner, less cluttered, easier to read menus, and better tasting food. Last time I got ribs from here they were mostly fat and little meat. This time, a lot more meat, and less fat. The server noticed that our chips were mostly large crumbs (like we had gotten the last scoop from the bottom of the batch and it was someone else from the kitchen that brought them out, not our server) and offered us a fresh bag to take home with us. (Thank you Jonathan! :) The molten lava cake was spot on this time for presentation and flavor. The manager was actively involved in checking on customers and assisting staff. The ribs were especially good and filling. We had enough to take home and split for lunch tomorrow. Prices everywhere have gotten expensive, but at least now at Chili's I feel like I'm getting value for my money (whereas before I felt I was paying a lot for mediocre food.)“

“This place saved the day! We had planned to meet some of our work family for dinner for my husband's birthday!! The first party my husband has had in over 10yrs!

I called somewhere else and asked if they could seat a party of 15 they told us no problem until we got there and they wanted to put us in 2 back to back booths and 1 across. Ummm no. So in a quick last minute scurry I found this Chili's 4mins away! I called hoping but doubting they could help. The gentleman who answered said he would see what they could do and to give him a min. He quickly came back and said they could help. We got the directions to those who had not arrived at the other evil place and off we went.
When we got there our table was already set up and our server was super sweet. We had the best time and my hubby was very happy 😊

“Today was my son's birthday and we the best experience. The server was absolutely amazing she did an amazing job. The food was so amazing everything was just perfect in every way. They even gave my son free ice cream and sang to him. Thank you for such an amazing experience“

We had Aubrey as our server, and she was really nice and made sure everything was good.

I worked in a restaurant too and so did my husband, and tried to explain to him that it's not the server fault, when the food wasn't good for a guest or not seasoned or anything. I tried my best

“We had not been back here in some time as we moved so stopped in for lunch on a Friday just after opening. There was barely anyone there. A nice young man employee opened the door for us and a young female hostess greeted and seated us immediately. \nThe place didn't appear to have changed much in the last couple of years.\nOur waitress Jasmine came quickly to take our drink and appetizer order. The menu seemed pretty much as we remembered except the pricing went up.\nWe did the 3 for lunch boneless wings (there are 8 nuggets) and got it with baked potato soup and tea. The other order was the Chipotle Chicken Bowl Salad and also the baked potato soup and tea. The nuggets had a choice of sauce but I opted no sauce. The breading was not heavy and they were a bit dry but this was probably due to not adding sauce to them. They came with ranch dressing. The fries were seasoned nicely and good. The chicken bowl was a good serving but the bowl needed to be a bit larger to be able to mix up the ingredients without them falling out. The lettuce was chopped iceberg and had white pieces in it. Both of these meals were $12.99 each.\nJasmine kept our tea filled and several different employees checked on us to see if we needed anything.\nWe noticed the tables being cleaned and wiped down after guests left them.\nThe bill was $28 for two for lunch and then the tip added to that.“

“Arrived during a quiet afternoon with 9 adults and 6 kids under 5. They quickly accommodated us and moved tables for us to sit together. I forgot how great the chips and salsa, and the Trio with chicken stripes, Southwest Eggrolls, and Mozzarella sticks were so awesome! This place ROCKED!!“

“When we walked in it was relatively sparse. It was most busy and noisy in the bar area. We decided not to sit at the bar area and we're seated immediately to our right. I ran to the restroom and my date took a seat and gave drink orders. When I came back to the restroom about 5 minutes later a manager asked had we been helped. I told her that I don't know. I had gone to the restroom and I have not seen anybody since. After that it was much better. The servers are a little on the slow side but nothing big. Overall will be back“

“My wife and I had lunch at Chili’s today, and we both really enjoyed it! We started with the chips and salsa along with their queso dip—crispy chips, fresh salsa, and the queso had a nice kick of flavor. For the main course, I had the Ribeye Surf & Turf, which was cooked just right—tender, juicy, and topped with perfectly seasoned shrimp. The loaded mashed potatoes and fresh broccoli made for a hearty and balanced meal.

My wife went with the ribs, chicken tenders, fries, and mac & cheese. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone good with a smoky, tangy glaze, and the mac & cheese was creamy and rich, definitely comfort food at its best. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired well with the dipping sauces.

The portion sizes were generous, and everything came out hot and fresh. Service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. We left full and satisfied, already talking about what we’ll try next time.

It was great, the food was good, the margaritas were lit and our server Richeena was great, nice, attentive and professional! The value was great too, great margaritas specials and the 3 for me was awesome too! Great customer service and the place was clean. We'll be back!“

“This was my first time trying Chili’s with my friend and it was a really good experience. Our server recommended the 3 for 1 deal which we can order a soup (btw thank you for that) and the enchilada soup was very good! I ordered the honey chipotle chicken sandwich and it was super good! Highly recommend this place! Service was very fast too“
