I did not like the ribs, or the sausage. I ate one very small rib just to taste it since this was the first time I ever taste it either these two meats and I just did not like them at all. It was a waste of money for me to have bought that plate. The Chipotle, honey crispers on the other hand were the best as always, Including the salad, lol. I don’t think anyone can mess up a salad, but other than that, I won’t ever buy that plate again. Those ribs I thought would be good because they look amazing on their pictures but for me no, I will not ever eat those again.Parking: Plenty of parking spots

We enjoyed our night out and our dinner at Chili's. The food was great, and the service was better than expected. We never had to wait for anything and our waitress was on top of everything. She rocked! She made our experience there so much better. Kuddos to her.

Received my order through delivery.Sliders were burnt on two separate meals, Texas fries looked like they were sitting well over 30 minutes as they were stuck together after cheese had melted and cooled.Two people in my household ended up throwing up and upset stomach just hours after eating.We will not be eating from this location again.

Don't go during shift change for kitchen, around 3ish. Kitchen staff did not start anyone's order. Thankfully the waitress was very tentative, as they apologized for the wait. And no restaurant manager said anything to anyone for the delay.

We came to chili’s to have a family birthday dinner. We did have a large party of 12 and the hostess we VERY helpful! She communicated that they had 3 other large parties and the wait would be a little louder than normal but she would try to get us in ASAP. 30 min later she had us seated. We had a table with 4 separate checks and no problems still. While waiting for our food our table had numerous empty glasses that hadn’t been picked up and we asked several times and still had to wait. We noticed the table next to us who were seated maybe 10 min after us received their food. (They also had a large party)When we noticed that, we asked why they had received their food first and we hadn’t. They then said there was a mix up of tickets and the other table got our food. After over an hour the food started showing up two at a time. But food was cold, sent back and another 15 min later we got it. Kids got food last, parents who mentioned they were sharing a plate had to eat off of napkins, we asked several times for sweet n low and nothing, places an order to go that was wrong when we got it and to top it off (after speaking to the manager) the checks were wrong, extra orders added on there, discount manger said we would get was not given, and in between the 3 times we had to have checks corrected it took 10 min or so to get them back to us. I finally had to go to the one competent person there the hostess and give her the written correct bill we should have and the money to pay for the bills that were correct. This was the worst service, management and food we have EVER had! The only bright light in this place is the new hostess who was on her 2nd day!Kid-friendliness: Kids get fed last apparently.Wheelchair accessibility: No place to sit to wait!

Asia was our server and she was everything amazing. I never had to ask for more water, she was everything kind and sweet with making our experience wonderful. She even got our food correct with our take outs and add ons. We felt like we were the only ones she was taking care of, but we weren’t. She was handling the bar and the outter bar area just as sweetly and amazing as we were being helped. She definitely knows her job and deserves a raise! If she isn’t management, she deserves that too! I recommend the margs, even if we didn’t have them seeing that it’s in the middle of the day! Thank you!!!!

We had experienced horrible service the last place we had went to get food from so we ended up leaving. Decided to pick up from here, it was Late and close to their closing time so I was trying to be quick and was was nervous they would be annoyed with me. Instead I walked in and was greeted by Veronica, she was so sweet and was talking to me with a smile on her face. She grabbed my food for me and handed it to Me. I stopped her and told her that I was thankful for the way she was considering it was A late pick up and she wasn’t even worried about it. Little does she know she made my night! Food was good as always as well.

Worst dining experience. One of the people at our table never got their food at all. Ordered appetizer that was never served but showed up on the bill. Waitress standing back by the kitchen laughing with other waitstaff. Lonnnnng wait for food that was served.
