Me and my girls went after work and it was the best experience ever. Justin was our server and he was such a good vibe and so easy to get along with. food was amazing. Definitely will be back again and asking for justin as our server.

Specifically asked for my burger bites to have no pink in them. Got home and pulled apart them to find that not only were they pink inside but there was still blood coming out of the meat. Completely for goes the whole point of ordering Togo when you have to still cook your food.

This place has gotten so much better than the last time I was here, maybe a year ago. Much cleaner, less cluttered, easier to read menus, and better tasting food. Last time I got ribs from here they were mostly fat and little meat. This time, a lot more meat, and less fat. The server noticed that our chips were mostly large crumbs (like we had gotten the last scoop from the bottom of the batch and it was someone else from the kitchen that brought them out, not our server) and offered us a fresh bag to take home with us. (Thank you Jonathan! :) The molten lava cake was spot on this time for presentation and flavor. The manager was actively involved in checking on customers and assisting staff. The ribs were especially good and filling. We had enough to take home and split for lunch tomorrow. Prices everywhere have gotten expensive, but at least now at Chili's I feel like I'm getting value for my money (whereas before I felt I was paying a lot for mediocre food.)

Came in with my son for lunch and it was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chilis. The best part was coming back to my table after taking my son to the bathroom to them busing my table despite the fact that I’d ordered my son’s food because I opted not to eat myself because I wasn’t told about a special prior to ordering my appetizer that would have been included in my meal for half the price. I still had every intention on feeding my son and paying my bill. Granted, they did give me his food to go and free but we will not be back to this location.

We decided on Chili's for Sunday night dinner. We love the burgers. Our server, Mariah(sp) was awesome. Handled Our appetizer order while we made our dinner decisions; checked on us regularly to insure all was perfect; answered all our questions; honestly, she could not have been any better. We have 3 Chili's that we could choose but this is our preferred because of the people that work there. They genuinely care about the customer. That customer care is lost all too often in today's business world. Credit to the restaurant leadership and staff. They have it right and it shows in the customer experience.

It was late, was trying to get some good dinner before everything closed. Had about 30 mins left for chilis to close. Ordered as fast as possible to go. Took about 30 mins to get the food out. Was told because it was so late they couldn't give toast with the alfredo. And couldn't make the macaroni side for the tenders. Kids weren't happy about that. I wasn't happy about that. The rest of the food was good. Fries were a bit old and cold. The cookie was to die for. Molten cake amazing. Pasta needed more sauce.

My boyfriend and I went Friday July 18,2025 and it was the worst service ever. Not the waiter at all but there was 2 party’s of about 10 10-14 year old girls . Another table of 6-10 13-16 year old boys . These kids were completely out of control. The girls were running to the restroom sticking thier buts out to get the boys attention screaming and filming tik toks. The boys were filming one boy drink 4 cups of water at once with 4 straws while one boy sat on the corner with a SKI MASK ON talking about how we can’t wait to eat humans remains. And pee holes. It was so bad. We could not eat nor even talk they were screaming mind you our bill was $90. Them kids need some adult supervision they were acting like animals.

We have been avoiding Chili's due to the last couple of visits to our neighborhood location. Today, we were in a different part of town and decided to give it a try. Best Chili's experience in a very long time. Hopefully, this is an across the board change.
