This was our first time at this location and It was a great experience. We didn't have to wait at all and it was very nice and clean here. We got all of our food promptly and it was hot and delicious. The manager Jennifer came and checked on us we had a small conversation with her she was so nice and friendly. This location is far from my house but was close to my daughters and I'm glad we decided to come. I will definitely be coming back!

Purchased 2 burgers meals to go. First one was supposed to be a regular cheeseburger with mayo, mustard, the second was a double bacon. The first burger was DRENCHED in thousand Island. I couldn't eat it all. It was so messy and the bun was falling apart for to all the 1000 island sauce. We were working therefore I couldn't go back to return it.

The food has always been delicious. The service has always been difficult. I come here often almost once a week or 2. Every single time I show up, I can not recognized a single person. Ever. Manager, bartender, servers, hosts. Not a single person stays the same. It's impressive yet terrifying to see such a turnover. Could good food seriously keep a business a float while everything else remains inconsistent.

Two hamburgers with french fries and one Coke. $37....
I specifically went to chilis because I wanted to order the seasonal witches brew drink. it was brought to me in a regular cup and without the “included swizzle stick” that is advertised. It just had a regular straw and was very blue not green like pictured. When I asked my waitress , she said they were out of swizzle sticks so I essentially just paid for a “seasonal drink” that looked just like a regular blue alcoholic drink. The rest of the meal was fine but the restroom only had one functioning sink. Service was good but bummer about the seasonal drink. Not sure I will return here

Not happy with new menu. Loved the chicken bacon avocado on pretzel bun. Now get half the sandwich on okay bun. Please bring it back!!!!!!
