So my server was amazing her name was Claudia. She had checked up on any needs we had was quick to tells us about anything on the menu and was very smiley. Very great worker need more of them like her. She deserves a raise. Just saying workers like her deserve them.

Claudia is one of the best servers at this location, made me and my party of 6 feel welcomed. Also, she was on top of our drinks and made sure we were constantly attended to. She is a 10 out of 10 server and her kindness was overall amazing !

All staff were enthusiastic held doors open and were very welcoming, chef the great asparagus fresh and ribs were fresh and hot , the manager is definitely passionate and leads a great team ! Thank you all keep up the good work shoutout to Arianna!!

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The most troubling issue was the severely unprofessional conduct within the kitchen’s leadership. There were obvious instances of inappropriate manager–employee boundaries and blatant favoritism, which created an uncomfortable and chaotic environment for both staff and guests.
I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received at my visit was unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested to be there. When there was an issue with my order, I tried to address it politely, but I was met with attitude instead of help.
I asked to speak with a manager, and somehow things got even worse. The manager clearly had no interest in resolving my problem — in fact, he was more focused on chatting and hovering around the female employees than actually doing his job. He barely listened, offered no apology, and made absolutely no effort to fix the situation.
This lack of professionalism directly affected the quality of service. Orders were inconsistent, the staff appeared tense, and the overall operation felt disorganized — all clear signs of poor management oversight.

The service was horrible. We came in on the 6th of December at around 5:15 and sat at table 3. It was a party of 4 and we got seated very quickly. The server was awful. He came in took our appetizers and drinks. While taking that first order he pulled out his phone and went on it. My friend didn’t get her drink because he was on his phone, and another server had to correct his mistake. He came back to get our food still no appetizer. We reminded him and he said he would get it. We ordered chips and salsa not an order that really needs cooking. I had to flag down another waiter to get a refill on my water. Our food came out brought out by another waiter and he messed up the sauce on one of the order. The waitress that brought out the food flagged him over and told him to go fix it. We still hadn’t received our appetizer and she got it for us. My friends order was corrected. The food itself wasn’t good. My Mac and cheese was room temperature and my fries were Lee cold. My other friends pasta was room temperature and the wings my friend got corrected were cold. I had to flag down another waiter to get my drink refilled. He came by one other time to ask if we were ok but while coming over was on his phone. We saw the shift leader more than our own waiter. At the end we asked for a box he forgot it and asked again and he forgot. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes for my friend to box her food. While the food was mid that’s fine but the waiter was horrible- mind you I work in food service and even I was appalled. This waiter needs to be talked to because it was horrible and we saw him 3 times besides us flagging him down for a box which took 3 interactions. He also charged us double for the wings even though the first time they brought the wrong sauce. Another waitress fixed it for us but the waiter was a space cadet and unaware of what was going on. Very disappointed would not recommend. I hope this is just a one off. Side comment football was in and easy to see.

Great location for quick bite before or after a movie! Daven was our wait person and the service was excellent! Thanks, Daven!! The chicken strips, mac and cheese are fantastic and the fries are some of the best in all the land! Shout out to the bartender who made the best espresso martini I've had in years.
