this specific stores employees likes to close the store 20 minutes early will lock doors and try to ignore u we were waiting outside in the rain with another guy who had placed his order an hour ago on a app a hispanic man with a hat maybe like in his 40-50’s told all of us that they were closed already and had talked to a girl manager who also told him to say that they were closed and to tell us that they had already closed the kitchen down 20 minutes early and couldn’t give him his order , they told us we couldn’t not place a to go order this hispanic man , girl manager and to go team are costing this company money not only are they closing early everyday to benefit them they are rude and nasty when talking to the people outside manager hiding inside not wanting to talk to us knowing there in the wrong the hispanic man was very hostile and rude when talking to all of us and said “ if you got a problem call corporate we already cleaned everything i already told u we’re closed “ the app and website says they close at 11 when we got there we already had seen a man waiting since before us it’s ridiculous the manager is unprofessional as well as the employee they should all be fired this is definitely south side you can tell by these employees and managers would not recommend ‼️

We were charged incorrectly and told it would be corrected within 5 business days. We’re 34 days out and it still hasn’t been corrected. I’ve called the restaurant several times, after four minutes of pressing 1 or 3 an automated message stating “we’re experiencing difficulties, please call back”. Same message, on different days. It’s like trying to get God himself on the phone. Ridiculous.

This was the worst Chili's I've been to. I will start by saying our actual server was disheveled, but very nice and attentive. Whoever the runner was, was terrible. He looked like he was high as a kite and all but threw our food on the table. He actually just dropped the plates down. The restaurant was in such poor shape, my seat was being held together with scotch tape.

Waiting for ever for my food, employees were hiding in the back it, punch ring bell so many times an no one came to the front, restaurant wasn't even busy.

Worst experience. Tried calling to have them correct an online order and I was hung up on 5 times. Was never able to get my bday lunch corrected. When I get there to pick up my food it took another long while for someone to come to the register and my food was cold. This location has really gone down.

This was my first time trying Chili’s with my friend and it was a really good experience. Our server recommended the 3 for 1 deal which we can order a soup (btw thank you for that) and the enchilada soup was very good! I ordered the honey chipotle chicken sandwich and it was super good! Highly recommend this place! Service was very fast too

Honestly one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had in my entire life. Started off being sat immediately, thinking we’re off to a great start. Not alot of people around. Our waiter was an older gentleman- i didn’t catch his name. He could not figure out how to use his tablet. It took us like 15 minutes to just order DRINKS. We ordered two wicked drinks and they cane in regular glasses even though people around us had actual drink glasses. The stirrers were also out of stock according to the waiter. So not a specialty drink at all. Then we get to the food, another issue. Start ordering for the kids, out of broccoli (who runs out of broccoli?). Continue ordering, I order a triple dipper OUT OF MOZZARELLA STICKS. Are you kidding me at this point. Whatever. We get our food and as we’re eating, other people who get there after us are getting MOZZARELLA STICKS!!!! The same ones that they ran out of!!!! Hit the bathroom, FULL of trash. We did not receive napkins for our table, had to literally hunt them down. Honestly can’t see myself returning to Chili’s after this. Worst experience ever. Anything that Chili’s once was, is no longer existent at Chili’s Southpark.

We came in on Veterans Day and got served by Miss Jayla who was very patient and kind to me and my husband. As older people she was able to help us explain the menu and also suggest some of her personal favorites. She also checked in on us often to see if there was anything we needed. I would recommend her to anyone who comes across this chilis. Thank you again!

Where is my other platter? Where are my sides? Where are my beverages? Tbis is all I reveived for $120.

If they still had fried catfish and chicken fried steak, pictures of terlingua on the wall, then I would give a 5 star review. But this chillis is badass. That one dark haired server she is the best I have ever seen. She should be in a chillis commercial

What really stood out was her friendly demeanor and how she made us feel like valued guests. She checked in on us frequently, ensuring everything was perfect, and her genuine care for our dining experience shone through in every interaction.
