Walked in & wasn't greeted by the server on her phone she made eye contact and continued on her phone. A male dressed in blue then sat us down & the server that came to our table was the server that was on her phone, her name on her apron was Sabrina. There were flys buzzing around which didn't seem like the best thing to have in a "clean" restaurant. When my trio appetizer arrived I opened my silverware and the fork was as if it wasn't even washed just placed in the paper packaging for the next guest to use. Once I received a fresh set of silverware I was underwhelmed by the food the egg rolls tasted as if they were fresh from the microwave, the mozzarella sticks were simply okay and the Nashville chicken was actually crispy and fresh. My husband had the shrimp pasta which he also disliked. Overall save your money and don't visit unless you want frozen food with a side of buzzing flies and dirty dishes.

Placed my order on line last night for the family. I go in to get my order and asked if I was given extra sauce as requested and the young girl says, it Should be in there. I asked again if it really is, I ask, because every time I ask for it I never get the extra sauce. So she brings me a sample size sauce, ok fine that will do. When I get home one of the meals is not in the bag. Even though each item is highlighted as if it was placed in the bag.I call as I'm heading back. I get the same girl on the phone and I tell her what I'm missing and she says she noticed it missing after I left but didn't call me. She said they didn't have my number but it's on the app. From Which I placed my order, she rebuttals and says she can't see that info. Ok, but my ph# IS on the receipt, she still says she didn't have a ph# to call. I even gave a tip but for what. I'm considerate just wish the service would be too.

Very laid back. We were waiting for our kids 3 prescription to be filled and landed here. The bartendar was so nice and the atmosphere was laid back....this was beyond mall hours also.

Slow service - they deliver orders with errors and it takes a long time to change them and the pasta arrives undercooked or raw.

I rarely take time for reviews but this time it deserves one. First, our hostess sat us right away. Second our server Diego was on point. From his quick introduction to our order, and his generosity for a misunderstanding we had with our order. He had our drinks refilled before it got too low, provided us all around excellent customer service. He is definitely one a manager wants on their team. We love Chilli's and visit often. After our last visit and last server, we we're very hesitant to go back. Thankfully Diego helped restore our love for Chilli's and reminded us why we visit often ?. Thank you for going above and beyond and making our outing a pleasant one.

Went in for some appetizers and drinks with friends,and it was really good.
They don’t watch their dishes they gave me a stain dirty cup they didn’t have what I wanted and once I asked to pay for my chips and drinks they wanted to bring out the cheeso I said no take the cheeso
