Chili's Grill & Bar

I had not been to Chili's in a while. I was very pleased by the service I received by my waiter. The entire staff was professional and courteous and not to mention the food was ON POINT! Delicious!!

My experience at this location was exceptional. I will definitely be coming back to visit soon.

Kid-friendliness: The staff surprised my 3 year with an ice cream cake, courtesy of the manager. It really made his day!!

I’m in a business where reviews are definitely needed to make business better, with that being said, Gabe was excellent! He was very attentive to our every need, he was quick and efficient in everything he did, he paid attention to detail! He definitely needs to be a manger ! Great job Gabe ! Food was not fresh it was cold and took long to get refills we sent back our fries and when they brought us more they gave us warmed up fries they weren’t freshly made , won’t go back to this chili’s.

What does $127 get you at this Chilli's location, it gets you sat down in between to big parties with barley any room to get to your seat, and when you ask to get sat in a better area you get left standing around in the middle of the dinning area guessing what table you're going to get, when you see what table you are going to get you sit yourself down with no menu. When your server comes over and can clearly see you have no menu and no utensils, but still askes you if you are ready to order but looks lost because you reply we don't have menus. Comes back takes your drinks order, water, Dr.Pepper and a lemonade with 1 beer 10 min later you get 1 coke and a sprite. Once you place your order for your appetizers and food, you wait and 30 to 40 min just to get told the kitchen is backed up, but 2 tables that were sat before you get their appetizer and food while you are still waiting on yours. Just to get your regular order before your appetizers at room temperature then wait to get your utensils and then get your appetizers. To end up with hairs in your food, they offered to replace the food since it took too long for the 1st order you ask if it can be to go, when they bring the replacement order, you get told it's the wrong one and just get offered to have your appetizers waived when they bring your $127 bill. It was such a horrible experience that my wife, daughter and I barely touched our food becuase it was already getting cold and we were all too frustrated. I would leave a 0 star review, but we are ALL forced to give 1 in order to post our experiences.

Terrible Door Dashing for this place. Waited 20 minutes after pick up time, while the young girl at the to go desk walking around like she is lost moving with no kind of urgency. People walking in 10-15 minutes after me getting their order before me. All while somebody in the back yelling YEET YEET YEET. I get it, I like wrestling to but people that ordered food want to EAT EAT EAT, so probably keep your mouth shut if you can't get hype and work efficiently. Hope you see this whoever the manager is, because I know you know who yelling back there and working badly.

nobody want's take my to go order all the on the personal's cellphone and the tall girl take my order after 20 min waiting the food is worthy
