The chip that fell. 3 or 4 waitresses walked past it. I know the first saw it. Her eyes focused down. It stayed whole for the time I was waiting for broken pieces, or just pick it up and toss it. After more than 30 minutes it was broken in pieces. The waitresses looked tired and do not look happy. Chicken crisper was salty. The burger was very good.

Well the food is Chili's and is pretty standard. Decent enough but you may understand what makes Chili's stand out in here lately has been the customer service. We've had some awesome waiters and waitresses here lately which always improves the experienceKid-friendliness: Super kid friendly food

Delicious good that really hit the spot. Went for lunch and the server was very friendly and informative. Got the "3 for me" deal with a margarita, chips and queso and a burger for around $20. It was a great deal for that price point. Took half of the meal home as dinner. I was really surprised how quickly the food came out during the lunch rush. I'll be coming back for many more lunches here.
We came in to visit Megan was our server, there twas a total honest mistake on my sister's meal Jaun came right over n fixed our lil issue. Hands down this was an awesome visit. Showed me how one mistake can go all right. It was fixed with pleasure and we were very happy and got full full Thank you Broadway location.
Apparently this Chilis has had an internal revenue issue and has switched to inexperienced managers, and has changed staff around to the point where it’s not an adequate experience. Bartender was great unfortunately “big boss” lacks accurate observation skills and the qualities to operate a restaurant .

After a long days drive from Dallas to San Antonio, it was a great, comfortable experience to come here and have dinner. The food was delicious, the attention from all the team members was wonderful. After a grueling day of exercise, my body yearned for a fulfilling meal to replenish my energy stores. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met during my recent visit to Chili's, a restaurant I have frequented many times, but this was my inaugural experience at this particular location. Stepping inside, I immediately noticed the bustling crowd and the immaculate cleanliness of the restaurant, which initially left a positive impression. Quickly attended to by my server, I politely requested some time to peruse the menu, eager to explore new culinary offerings. Opting for a refreshing glass of water and the chicken pasta, I eagerly awaited my meal, hoping for a satisfying culinary experience. However, upon its arrival, I was disappointed to find that the dish resembled more of a soupy concoction than a hearty pasta. The noodles were lamentably overcooked, and the sauce overwhelmed the plate, leaving little room for the chicken. Initially, I resigned myself to enduring the unsatisfactory meal quietly, contemplating quietly before deciding to pay and leave. However, my observant waiter noticed my discontent and kindly offered an alternative. Despite their efforts, the replacement dish arrived equally disappointing, with an excess of sweetness and an overcooked texture. As I pondered the unfortunate dining experience, I couldn't help but wonder if it was an off day for the kitchen staff or a broader issue of attention to detail. While I left the establishment feeling disheartened, I remain open to the possibility of revisiting in the future, with hopes that improvements will be made. Until then, I hesitate to recommend this particular Chili's location to others, but I remain hopeful that my next visit will yield a more satisfactory outcome, prompting me to update my review accordingly.

I gave this restaurant 5 stars 4 years ago. OMG Friday no one was there late at night. You would think it was the economy but I have been to more expensive places lately that are more packed. The service is terrible. You got these kids that don't know a thing about customer service. What a shame. No response needed just train your staff before this place closes down and gets added to a list of numerous businesses that are not making it anymore.
