When I spoke with the manager all he did was agree and said OK! I'll take care of it...and did NOTHING...Small ROACHES were on our table while eating..I told them they have a ROACH problem...seriously 5 while eating ...that's an issue if they are on the table.... did nothing and laughed when read what I wrote on receipt ?

Forgot we had been here once before and we did not have a great experience. And once again the service sucked.They sat us right away. But then forgot they had customers.Our food was warm to cold. Our waiter "tried his best" as he said. But was talking an talking at other tables and paying debt as he was betting on baseball games

2020: Just came here to get some beer. Attentive waitstaff.Update 05APR24: Came here for lunch with co-workers. We were told that today was our server's first day. Also, they were short staffed and that the bartender was also waiting tables. As a result, our drink orders took a very long time to arrive. Everything just took a very long. Waitstaff was friendly; but not the best experience due the short staffing.The food...dang they looked great; but I don't think anyone cleaned their plates. I had the ribs and they were sooo dry. We unanimously agreed that we won't be visiting again.

I’ve ordered to go here a lot and never had a problem with the food before. However, when we tried dining in for the first time here we literally had no service. The host sat us at a table and not a single server ever came by to our table or any of the other tables close to us. After 30 minutes we just left.

The server was new & she didn't know if there was avocado or flour tortillas. I asked for corn tortillas but she brought flour still. My friend asked for shrimp Alfredo without the Cajun but they still brought her Cajun. There was no cream gravy for the chicken strips.

Though we should have asked for a larger table to seat our family of 6, our wait staff was awesome and on point. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The only thing my kids were unhappy about was that I would not let them play games on the table tablet. Service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and fresh.
