I went to chilis after getting my hair done because I hadn’t been to chilis in a couple years, hadn’t eaten all day, and wanted to try the margaritas of the month. It was just myself, and the restaurant didn’t seem too busy. I got seated in a booth before the area was completely cleaned (just needed a little sweeping, nothing crazy) I ordered a triple dipper, and decided to wait on my margarita. After a while it seemed like it was taking a little longer than normal. Then I hear the family behind me say that they had ordered a triple dipper but the one they received wasn’t what they ordered. So i immediately knew they got mine. After a few minutes passed the waiter came back, and they told him, so he grabbed it and put it on my table. He apologized, and stated that the girl that brought it out was new and didn’t know the table numbers. I was thrown off because how can a restaurant take food from one table to another? I asked if they had touched it, the family said no and the server also said no and said it was fine, but looking at my big mouth bites one of them looked like it had been pressed down by a hand/finger. But I hadn’t eaten all day so I started to eat before I lost my mind. And all the food was cold. I’m not sure how long the family behind me had the food for. And the staff never offered to fix the issue. They apologized and gave me an excuse. As a previous restaurant GM, I wouldn’t want my staff to have that kind of response. I only ate a couple bites, paid and left. I was so annoyed and disappointed. ☹️

I haven't been back to Chili's in years and finally had an opportunity to have a little date night. It was great, the food was good, the margaritas were lit and our server Richeena was great, nice, attentive and professional! The value was great too, great margaritas specials and the 3 for me was awesome too! Great customer service and the place was clean. We'll be back!
