I just left.. first the server took forever to even acknowledge me. 2 when she finally came up to me I was ready to order and I asked to substitute a sauce on a item and she provided a stand off attitude so I just told her that I was gonna go somewhere else. 3 I called and the first manager didn’t take accountability on the situation and was standoffish too. So I requested to speak to the GM Alex and that’s how you give customer service, he listened and provided a solution. I will be back next time because of the GM Alex

I went in there earlier for an appetizer & a beer. Sat at to bar for 10mins+.......no greetings or nothing. 2 people went behind the bar as I was sitting there & just stared at me with no acknowledgment. So I just left & went to another place close by that was awesome......that bartender got a$20 tip on a $16 tab. I know I look like an "old redneck" but they apparently judge a book by its cover at this Chilli's. Never again.

I wouldn’t even rate this with one star but had to so I can continue my review.. I can’t express my frustration regarding a recent group order we placed at this location today. There were several issues with our group order, despite having provided a CLEAR LIST to the server, Eric, on a PIECE OF PAPER. Due to the distance of our office from this location, we did want not to call to resolve this problem as it seemed it would be a waste of both time and effort. Additionally, my drink was horrible, which added to the overall disappointment with my experience. I will be reconsidering placing future orders from this location.

Ordered online got there almost a hour later and went to go pick up my food in the to go section it took almost 15 minutes for an employee to ask for the name on my order, when I got home to eat I looked and notice my slide was still raw on the inside I love chilis but never again.

Employees are rude. The food is good but the service is poor. They seem annoyed to be working. We came for a birthday and they were empty, since it was a weekday, but yet would keep disappearing and then said they don’t do refills unless you’re completely finished with your drink? If I’m getting charged for every beer brought out I didn’t know it had to be finished down to the last drop before I could get another. The server also tried picking up a couple plates before people were even finished? Hinting they wanted us to leave. Also made a big deal about removing a birthday coupon.. just to come out shortly afterwards and removing it. Not a fan of this location.

My husband's plate has soggy bread. My food looks like a kid playing with it. I don't I even want to eat it. Really bad service and we never got the chips that we always get on other chili's. My husband has been waiting for his soda for 15 min. And the one he got first was flat and had no flavor.
I wish I would have taken a picture of my husband burger. It was practically medium rare. Pretty gross. Again I’ll stick to the quarry location. They can make a pretty good burger without a problem. 151 location please do better. This was our dinner and it was ruin for him.

Went on a Thursday where happy hour ended at closing. It was busy! After we sat at the bar, the bartender was super fast by the way, by himself, a party of 17 arrived. 3 of us shared an app, don't remember what and I got the 3 for me special with the bacon a avocado crispy chicken sandwich. Very tasty , also had the loaded potatoes soup and Margarita and lemonade. Bartender was very cool, took care of us as far as the bill went. MIL found a huge piece of plastic in her food, not only gross but dangerous choking hazard. Comped her meal, but all in all it was ok.
