I am disappointed in the serving size that I received at Chilis at Bandera location. Left side is my kids chicken pasta and right is the choose 2 fajitas plate. I feel like I got served a kids plate. I paid over $20 for my fajitas. I ordered pickup and left a tip. Chilis you have to do better on serving sizes especially when we are paying over $20 a plate. Very disappointing.

Came in wanted a decent steak for dinner my steak was supposed to be medium rare it came out looking like a pork chop. It didn't taste like a ribeye it might have tasted like a sirloin. The color wasn't red or anything close no blood at all. I won't be back horrible experience!!!

We had Kyle as our waiter tonight and he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely funny. What really stood out was his ability to handle a challenge with ease. Even when the restaurant briefly ran out of clean silverware, Kyle handled the setback with ease. He quickly brought plastic silverware as a great alternative and proactively let surrounding tables know about the delay before it could inconvenience anyone. He was clearly managing several tables, but he maintained a fantastic attitude and his comical demeanor made the entire dining experience enjoyable.

Our server Shay was incredibly sweet and helpful. She gave us good recommendations and went above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as possible. For instance, a window blind wouldn’t go all the way down and the sun was shining right in my mom’s eyes, so she improvised and used a couple menus to block the sunlight temporarily. We never told her that this was for my birthday lunch with family and she still made our visit special!

I had a great experience at this Chili’s thanks to Shea! She greeted me at the door with the kindest smile, and her energy stayed just as genuine the whole time. She ended up being my server as well, and she constantly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her guests, she was helping everyone around her with such a positive attitude.
A huge thank you to Shea for making my visit amazing. She’s an absolute standout and made the whole experience feel welcoming and memorable. Will definitely be coming back!

Went for Veterans Day, we had the chicken bacon quesadilla and crispy chicken sandwich. Both were excellent and portions were large. Service was good. Lots to like on menu here and prices are reasonable.

Daughter and fiancé took us out to eat after helping them move Into their apartment. The presidente margaritas were good. The Chipotle chicken sandwich her fiancé got he said was probably one of the best ones he's had.
Their three for me is always a good go-to for either lunch or dinner. Steak is usually cooked as requested, but if overcooked no issues with the reorder.
