very rude and dismissive servers. they had maybe 5 tables going and still acted rude and annoyed we were there. definitely dont waste your time or money

My wife and I went out to get a quick bite to eat at this chilis on a Monday evening and waited an hour before our food and alcoholic beverages were ready. We had minimal check ins with our server who was hard to pin down, we also saw him being physically chastised (grabbed) by the manager which was upsetting. When our food finally arrived the margarita chicken was cold as I assume it had been sitting waiting to be taken to our table for a very long time at that point. It was cool to the touch, no heat. At this time we also noticed we hadn’t been given any silverware as well and the drink we had ordered was missing the line and orange garnish and was already half melted. When I asked to speak to a manager she came to the table and instead of acknowledging the mistake and apologizing she said she could microwave it for us. Which we reluctantly agreed to, several minutes later it came out so hot you could not eat it. The chicken was dry as a bone, the rice was gross and the chips were now soggy from the microwave. All this time not once were we offered a refund, or even a credit for the drink or a desert. The manager, INES or ANES, was rude and dismissive. Her customer service skills need a lot of work and she needs to be coached on how to properly recover issues like this in the future. I used to frequent this chilis but I will never eat here again and I will be sharing my experience with my friends and family.

Gave chilis a look after seeing a show with the CEO talking about growth due to changes. Smaller menu, better food etc. my burger was good. The combo appetiser was tasty, but not amazing. Positive was it was about 10-15 dollars cheaper than a normal bite out at least. That was the best part. I'd eat here again, but the wife is not as impressed

I come to this location all the time, this time was uncomfortable and the server was rude. I won’t name names, but if I go back to this location - I’ll make sure to not sit in her section.

waited for 15 minutes all workers ignored me and my friends, every person sat after us got served drinks and appetizers .. not a great experience

We had not visited Chilis in years. We decided to stop by because my son had seen their ‘triple dipper’ on social media. The atmosphere was very chill and the staff was super friendly. I ordered the triple dipper with the southwest egg rolls, the big mouth bites, and the chicken crispers. The server suggested the crispers with their new ‘Nashville Hot Sauce’ and I love spicy foods so I agreed. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious, the sliders were the expected size and the meat was cooked to a medium well and juicy. The crispers were delicious on the inside but the Nashville sauce was extremely oily. The oil permeated everything else that was on my plate including the slider’s buns. Perhaps I should have sticked with no sauce or asked for it on the side. I ordered a Presidente margarita and that was a little on the lighter side but delicious as ever.

Aizik was the best waiter we've ever had. The food was spectacular. He was very attentive and always one step ahead. He has a wonderful personality and aims to please. Will definitely ask for him every time we return.
