I haven't been to a Chili's in years but was meeting a friend. Ordered an appetizer plate and an entre, but got to say the appetizer place was awesome, loved it, and it could have easily been my entre.

ROACHES!!! Staff was dealing with large roaches at reception desk and nearby table. The manager Manny said he was not aware of the roaches but would "make a report" hardly even an Apology.

Chicken tenders where dry but everything else was good. Customer service was ok. You can tell they were training new employees but forgetting to help the customers. Didn't make sure we had drinks.
Our server was amazing and we had a wonderful experience! we had our drinks refilled super fast and everything tasted amazing 10/10 we will be back. our server was Hector and he was superb thank you

Haven't been there since before COVID-19 the price has doubled! Ordered 2 meals (burger and salad) with tip it was over $50.
I’m giving one star because I’m disappointed their online ordering was not working correctly when I tried to place an order. I called and the prompt said to use the online system. Well no Chilis for me tonight.

Just went to this location. The young lady seated us, where we preceded to wait 10 to 15 min never to be waited on. I asked a waitress for help stating that nobody waited on us. She replied well that's because your sitting in a closed area. First we didn't seat ourselves second why didn't anybody say anything. Poor service no excuse.
Since this review Chili's corporate has apologized.
