I got the fajitas to go. They were good but not hot in temperature. And they just barely gave a reasonable amount of toppings to go with the fajitas. Overall GOOD!

Eaten from here multiple times, all from the takeout. You absolutely MUST check every item you order. One time they gave us a cup of thousand island dressing instead of Buffalo sauce. They obviously had to go and buy chicken strips once because the breading was flat and not crispy at all and seemed like frozen walmart chicken strips. Multiple times there have been things missing from the order. Also there have been times where you receive a mostly empty cup of salsa with your chips. I've ordered probably around a dozen times and had the 100% correct order twice I think. One of the worst chilis I've been to for takeout honestly. I eat here because I'm addicted to the honey Chipotle crisper and the salsa, otherwise, I honestly can't suggest eating takeout from here to anyone.

I was at the chilis in San Antonio at bandera and 1604 Sunday around 830 pm. We ordered quesadillas and a steak. The food was ok the service was horrible. We were seated around 840 and orders our food around 850. We got our appetizers about 10 minutes later, we waited about 30 minutes for our entrees. When I received my steak I was missing an item I asked where it was and she said oh I thought it was something else. She left not recognizing I had no silverware or knife to eat with. My partner said I’ll go get it I said no we can wait a minute and then he got up and went to the area behind our table where the servers were entering and exiting the kitchen, he politely said excuse me can I get some silverware. She said oh I was going to bring it when the other item was ready in a few minutes so then she handed him the silverware, as he turned his back she talked loudly to someone in the kitchen “can you believe he came back here” and had a sneering condescending look on her face. She then passed by out table three times to the table right behind me and ignored us completely. At this point we spoke to the manager who offered to take the chips and salsa off the bill. I declined, a few minutes later I noticed another couple with the same server had missing items from their order also. This is the second time I’ve had issues at this chilis. The server was a young slim blond girl probably in her mid to early 20s.
