The food was not at the appropriate temperature. Items off the steam table shouldn't be cold. Over half of the items we tried were luke warm or cold. The dim sun was hard, and dried out and yet still cold...

There was someone else's lipstick on my tea cup....

The egg rolls were even bland.

The place needs some serious TLC over all, the wallpaper is peeling off the walls and there are water damaged ceiling tiles that are nearly falling off. There's caked on dirt all over the lights and ventilation...

Don't spend your money here, it's a great way to get food poisoning from unsafe food temperatures.

The hostess was rude. SO RUDE!!! The food here tasted like how dirty rags and mop water smells. The server was the sweetest, very nice older Hispanic lady. Everyone else here was absolutely rude. The sushi tasted like refrigerator, everything was freezer burnt. Absolutely disgusting. Most of the fruit at the desert bar was rotten as well. My friend asked the host if he could have a fortune cookie and she made an ugly remark about how thats a server job and for us to go ask ours. Mind you this server was elderly, and frantically cleaning this dirty establishment. She couldn't do this one thing. Weird. RUDE. and she took cash from us without giving us a receipt. This whole thing just wasn't a good experience. 0/10 experience

I dont know where any of these food reviews came from. We came in right when dinnernhad started and it was terrible.
All the food was luke warm. Nothing i chose was a safe temp for consumption. An unexpected health inspection would have this place shut down.
The food looks decent but it was cold and tasteless. Everything was missing salt or any feelings when made. Pineapple chicken was decent but cold. The menudo was nasty but hot. Such a let down place. I can at least say I tried and will never return or remotely recommend this place. Im actually surprised im not sick 20 hours later. Dont let the pictures fool you. Food is tasteless and cold.

Everything was cold. The pudding and jello hot.. the people working were kinda rude and just watched us the whole time, felt rushed. The food also tasted old. I would try a different spot before here. Im definitely not coming with my family again. Cant share drinks wit your children, signs everywhere about extra charge for everything like overfull to go plate lol.. if you come for lunch and stay til dinner is coming they will try to charge you or limited.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE
To start, the food was served cold. When I mentioned it, the lady called a young man from the back. He gathered all the eggrolls into a bowl, took them to the back for about 30 seconds, and returned saying they had been microwaved completely unacceptable. While there, I noticed a roach on the floor. The restroom also wasn’t flushing properly. To make matters worse, I even found an insect in my plate. When I brought this up, the staff simply shrugged their shoulders instead of addressing the issue. Do not eat here not unless you want to get sick 🤮

Ate raw Teriyaki chicken, told the staff they didn’t care . Then decided to eat corn and some fruit and something hard in the corn n broke a tooth. Stay clear of this place

Horrible. We came here and all the food was cold and obviously not fresh. My boyfriend and a another guy had to request for a fresh new batch of rice. Everything taste old. I ended up going to the ER due to food poisoning . My boyfriend ened up being sick as well.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time & the food didn’t look so great but when we sat down to eat I was shocked at how AWFUL IT TASTED. The food tasted the way a dirty mop bucket smells. I’m not even exaggerating. It tasted like chemicals in an old sponge. The noodles didn’t taste like actual food. I tasted about 3 things to give it a real shot thinking maybe the next thing I try will be better, WRONG. We had to get up and leave it all there on the table. Full plates left behind. We didn’t bother asking for a refund because I didn’t care to hear any excuses. I wonder if they are rinsing the chemicals out of the containers before they serve food in them. I know we’d get sick if we tried to eat any more than a couple bites. The sesame chicken was like a stinkin soup! Consistency was so wrong on many things. I’ve never left with 4 min of sitting down to eat before. It was that horrible.
