Called to place a phone order, got left on hold for 15 minutes. When I walked in they were not busy and one girl was standing around. Food is good but service no. I asked if they took phone orders and the girl at the counter ( Aurora) said yes. But she wasn't the one answering the phone. The one that was was just standing around checking HER phone. I guess they cashier told the girl cause afterwards while I waited, the phone started ringing and they were taking phone orders.
I like the food here we have eaten it several times in the past two weeks. The only problem I had was that our waitress gave us the wrong order and refused to admit or fox the problem. I've been eating China Rose since I was a child. I will still return. It was just annoying that the problem never got resolved. We ordered beef fried rice, and our waitress gave it to another table. She brought us regular fried rice. The other customer let her know, and so did we. She said...
The service was inattentive they brought us someone else’s order then told us they were out of pork and the drinks are watered down.
Then the food came and made it worth it it was very good and affordable the cooks are great
