I was charged higher than I wrote on my receipt. Receipt said $19.38 and my total updated to $21.38??? Faking tips amounts is actually hilarious. Just because you think you deserved a tip doesn’t mean you change the total.

The chinese food here is NOT good! I guess good chinese food does not exist in san antonio..... sad.

Food was below par. It is usually much better. Something has changed. Egg rolls are usually much bigger, fresher, and you couldn’t tell they were frozen or packaged before but you can now. Lemon chicken was dry, tough, and portioned much smaller. I could barely find the beef in my broccoli beef. The fried rice was not fried rice rather it was white rice with some soy sauce. I am disappointed because they used to have pretty good food for an affordable Chinese spot. Each dinner plate was $15, I am still hungry and not satisfied with what I was served.

I have been coming to Chins for over a decade. They have never disappointed me. They have the best Chinese food in San Antonio. I recommend the orange chicken or crispy beef!

We have been coming here for years when we want Chinese food, and the food has always been fresh and delicious. The atmosphere has always been relaxing, and all the workers have been friendly and just make you feel cared for like family.

This is my to-go order of Orange Chicken today... by far the smallest portion size I've ever seen...and for $15! The fried rice was just white rice with soy sauce and nothing else. Definitely the worst chinese food I've ever had! I guess that explains why it was empty 😕

Chin's is our fallback when we can't decide what to have for dinner. It's a bit expensive compared to other Chinese restaurants I frequent. The food has always been ok, but it recently has become better.

When I got here there was only one table with a couple of people (around 5 pm), nobody asked me if I wanted to order anything in 20 minutes, when I decided to walk out, an Asian guy (apparently the owner or the manager) came out from the kitchen, when I told him what happened, he didn't offer me to seat back to get service, he turned around, and walked back to the kitchen. Of course I'll never come back.

One of the more upscale looking places for Chinese in town. Great food, one of the best hot & sour soups in town and they're hard to make, so it matters... and good pricing!

I just found this little place. I was really impressed with the quality of the food. The service was great and our food came out quickly. Nice atmosphere and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained. I’ll definitely be back for more.
