This is the last time I’ll be ordering from this Chipotle location. I’d rather drive a few extra minutes to the one with a drive-through up the street. Every time I come here, the place feels dirty, they’re often out of ingredients, and the orders are rarely made right.

Most recently, I ordered a quesadilla with fajita veggies. Something told me to check the order before leaving, and sure enough, the veggies were missing. When I asked about it, the employee told me she “forgot to put them inside,” so she just put them on the side. That’s not how it’s supposed to be prepared, and it was frustrating to hear that explanation like it was no big deal.

On top of that, the order wasn’t even ready at the time the app said it would be. The staff didn’t seem particularly concerned, and the prep area looked just as messy as usual. I’ve given this location more than enough chances. I’m done.

Compared to the food we got and the actual price was really shocked. Paying so much and then to eat at a dirty table and dirty drink station was disappointing. Trash overflowing too. Not a good experience unfortunately 😕

Pretty shocking how disgusting this location was. It would definitely fail a food safety test. Won’t be returning and getting to the point where CAVA is the only place I’ll go for a quick bite.

Can’t speak for the rest of the staff since I only dealt with one, but whoever the chick with dreads and beads in her hair is, find a new job 😂, customer in front of me was getting the most attitude from her and she was being extremely rude, saying nasty things and shaking her head at his requests, pretty much zero customer service, or social skills. She was pretty short with me but it was an easy order. Lighten up lady!

The line was long but moved pretty fast but when I got up to the front to order there were no black beans I was told they were almost done so I waited. I had two other people with me I let them order before me when I got mine there's still no black beans they left my burrito sitting on the counter at the end of the line 5 minutes uncovered getting cold nobody offered me a discount they just wrapped it up and threw it in my bag. My wife had a barbacoa bowl and there was probably a fourth of a cup of barbacoa and the entire bowl for the price we could have of got a whole pound of barbacoa. Plus the food gave my whole family food poisoning thanks Chipotle.

I was in a happy mood today until one of the workers had an unnecessary snarky remark. it was quite loud inside and busy so i understood the speed and efficiency but the blonde lady was quite rude when i told her i did not want the extra guac as i couldn’t hear her the first time or understood her. she then got snappy instead of simply saying sorry or laughing it off, she got offensive. the staff here has always been nice except for today. My lettuce was brown and wilted, I did not get the chance to say nevermind on the lettuce as my order was being rushed.

Terribly Run Location and Disgusting

I’m not surprised by how out of 808 reviews, they have a 3.6 Google Review score—this place is a mess. When I walked in to pick up my food, there were only four people in the building, and the prep area was filthy. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned in ages.

To make matters worse, the portions I received were half of what I typically get at other locations. I was also taken aback by the stacks of dirty prep dishes piling up. When I asked an employee when they were closing, he casually mentioned they had another three hours left. Overall, a disappointing experience that I won’t be repeating.

I think the food tastes OK, wish they would not use cheap seed oil like canola oil to cook their food in. They may have switched to a different oil, but I am not sure.

I guess a new manager, I was overcharged and when I asked the employee to fix it the manager came and he kept making faces and talking under his breath acting so bothered to fix my order.
