Terrible!! Burnt and salty chicken, hard rice, dirty tables!

This location is consistently disappointing. Tables are rarely clean. Meat portions are usually one small scoop. Today they ran out of chicken and were out of coke. How do you not have food and drink when your business is providing food and drink? So I had to get steak. Do you think they offered to let me pay the chicken price even though I didn’t have a choice? Did they tell me they were out of Coke before I bought a drink?

Walked in ordered my wife’s food, got a bowl with white rice black beans and the veggies. Pico cheese and lettuce. Got the order payed for it and as they were bagging the food a big brown cockroach came out by the food. And the staff did not do anything. My wife is vegetarian and when we opens the bowl there was steak everywhere mixed with the veggies.

Paid for extra chicken literally nothing was extra. It's funny how they cover up not giving you the extra chicken with the veggies and cheese. I am so tired of their bs. They took forever preparing one little scoop of chicken . This reminds me why I don't deal with them often

Made my mobile order 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Tortilla heater was off when I arrived and then my burrito was hard, inside cold.

I visit Chipotle weekly just about and the food is always really good. Service is great as well. Ordering on the app is super easy.

Food was good, servers were nice but review your receipt. My son ordered a bowl and asked for queso and asked for it on the side. Well, they put it on his bowl (with a ~$2 up charge) AND they gave him a tiny cup of queso (with a ~$3 up charge). My son also asked for a bag of chips (with a $2 up charge) and my wife also asked for a large bag of chips (with a $2-4 up charge), not knowing my son asked for a bag. We only walked away with the large bag of chips. When we looked at the receipt while we were eating, we noticed two queso orders and two chip orders. I went to counter and rather than offering refunds or some other remedy, cashier explained what happened. I didn’t argue but I left feeling that the cashier took advantage of miscommunications. Tell us you will charge us for two orders of queso before filling the cup. But it was their mistake, my son asked for it on the side. And if you see a customer order two chips and walk away with one, let them know. At the least, call out to us or bring us the bag we left there.

Other gripes. Store is too small and always hard to find tables and the tables that are available are always dirty.

Food wise its chipotle its generally good but my god the people who work there attitudes are horrible they look at you like they cant believe yer asking them to do there job moving half ass slow making such punk faces at you.
