I watched the staff hand my order to an Uber driver right in front of me while I was standing in the pickup line. The driver was ahead of me, and they still gave my food away. The Uber driver left the building with my order, and only after I spoke up did the staff run after them and take the bag back.
Instead of remaking the order, they handed me food that had already left the store, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns.
The team member I dealt with was rude, incompetent, and even questioned whether the order was actually mine, even though this was clearly their mistake.
After all of that, I tried to redeem my birthday reward for free guac, but they refused, even after I waited in line again. Being told no after everything that had already happened felt disrespectful and frustrating.
This location seriously needs better training, accountability, and customer service. I will not be returning.
Very good place for consistently good food. Unfortunately they didn't have the protein i wanted but the chicken was just great. As a lifter the protein with double meat is fantastic

Absolutely disgusting. Cold, slopped together burrito that fell into a wet mess the second I tried to eat it. The burrito wasn’t even wrapped, it was folded like a taco. Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

THIS location charges $1.60 PER SIDE!!! My 2 yr olds meal went from $5.70 to $14.34. NEVER AGAIN.
We’ve already contacted customer service and were basically told oh well.

Came here before and had a bug in my food,
The came later and they told us 10 minutes for chicken but then took 30 minutes, once they got the chicken, they took it away, saying it was for online order but I was already waiting for half and hour and told us another 15 minutes

Bad food, served cold, impolite and impatient staff. They don’t give you time to pick your options. I was there on 1/3 at 9.50PM where they had closing time 11PM. Seems to be on rush to wind up. Never going back to chipotle, zero value for money spent. Similar experience on another outlet on Bandera.

I waited for almost 10 minutes in line yesterday just waiting for a lid while being ignored and in that time I watched the line cook take his gloved hand and put food he was prepping into his mouth and then go right back to hand mixing the food. Then I saw him scratch his hat and then put the hand right back in the bowl. He also left the line with his gloves on and came back with them still on a few minutes later. Really unsanitary and off putting.
get some good people to work at all of ur locations, trashy customer service, they dont use gloves, all of ur managers i would not hire them to clean bathrooms, chipotle is so down ,very disappointing

arrived TWO HOURS before closing.. no protein ready to serve & none on the grill being prepared.. the rice is hard obviously been sitting out and everything else had been pulled out as if they were closing.. the guy taking our order didn’t care to help out with the fact that they’re out of several items including no protein to offer.. A group of 4 ppl came in after and walked right out after they were told (with a smirk on his face) that they’re out of protein and meanwhile none is even being cooked.. 2 hours before they closing?? laughing while you watch what WERE going to be customers walk out of your establishment isn’t a good thing for a business because YOU weren’t prepared isn’t cute. come on guys do better.. and get a better attitude.

The staff tonight was great, there was a BOGO event so it was super busy. The biggest thing that caught my eye was THE MANAGER being rude to his employees. The line was wrapped around the lobby and he didn’t even bother to help.
Instead he was upset that there was a little bit of lettuce left in a different metal tin and was getting mad at his employee (that was helping with the line) then proceeded to walk to the back not helping anyone on the line or cook. Other than the manager treating his staff terribly, the food was good

Decided to stop by at 7:15 at night for dinner. We waited in line for 20 minutes before it was finally our time to order. We were told that they no longer had any food and it would be a 5 minute wait for some more. Twenty minutes later they finally had “fresh” food, but it was cold and the portions were tiny. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have never had a good experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

On two separate occasions l ordered food at this particular restaurant around 830 pm…they barely had any food to pick from…tonight l ordered chicken and was told they only had steak or barbacoa…BUT on both occasions the restaurant itself was filthy…trash overflowing the soda dispenser had napkins in the tray….like l said it was pretty filthy…this is a far cry from your commercials where the restaurant is clean and sparkling
