Every table was dirty, and nobody seemed to care, shame on management and employees. Food was to be expected and tasted good. I'm going to have find a new Chipotle to give my business to.

I went in after my shift, around 6pm and was already disappointed when I saw that none of the food was restocked. How do you have seven workers and yet have no food stocked up? I couldn’t tell if the three people helping me were deaf but I asked for mild and they give me pico, I asked for white rice they give me brown rice. I was genuinely confused and just annoyed at that point. My bowl was sad and empty like they didn’t know the portion of each scoop. Very disappointed with this location because this hasn’t been the first time this location has disappointed me.

chipotle is getting worse. but this location is horrible. i placed an order to pickup to find out the food was bad. i ordered a veggie bowl, why is my bowl mostly rice! rice that was mushy & some uncooked parts. no corn, veggies wasn’t cooked all the way also the smallest chunks of lettuce. little of guac which it used to be a good amount since it’s a veggie bowl. but it wasn’t much guac also was brown. the large bag of chips should’ve been the cost of a small. it gets worse knowing i can’t call the store to speak to someone directly about the issue, but chat to pepper. not wasting my money at chipotle.

Apparently they were out of rice and protein an hour before closing time. And when we mentioned it to another guy arriving for a quick dinner, he said it's happened before. The one time I visited this location for lunch it was good, but seems like they have supply issues that they need to fix.

I’ve been a customer at this Chipotle restaurant for nine years. Not sure what is going on, but the quality of service has really gone downhill. Sad to say, but this will most likely be the last time I eat at this location.

My burrito builder, completely left out the beans on both orders, she made me feel very rushed, and there was no other customers ahead of me or behind me. The serving size of chicken was abysmal and barely covered the serving ladle. I would expect the serving size to be proportional to the price paid. They just lost six frequent customers.

Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location to get Chipotle.

I don't do a lot of reviews, but today's incident required I do a review, so this is not to ding the quality of food at Chipotle, as I have never had a bad experience related to the food quality and flavor. This review so the manager to see if they look at it, that I got food today at 6p and got to my work about 10mins drive away, and when I opened my bowl, there was about a 6-7inch long single hair in my bowl and that is just not acceptable. If there are employees with long hair, then they need to be wearing hair nets, as that's what they are for. So, hopefully, the management team sees this review and takes steps to make sure incidents like this don't happen again.

This is a $20 protein bowl with double meat. Mentioned the small portion and the employee just stared at me. We spent $63 on 3 meals and left hungry.
