Rice was undercooked and crunchy. I tried calling the store but the message told me to go to my email and chat with their service. I did that and went through all the prompts. The only response I got was,"Thank you for letting us know about your recent order. I'm sorry your order wasn't everything you had hoped. We'll follow up with our leadership team at the restaurant you ordered from to make sure we're always dishing out full portions of our delicious ingredients prepared just right."That's it? They're not going to make it right for me or try to? What's the point of going through all these prompts to tell me they will try to do better. Such a waste of food.

Carrisa was very sweet and attentive, normally it’s busy when I come. When I request refills on the berry Fresca drink, with it being busy at times it can take 5-15 mins to refill. She acknowledged my request and got right on it.It’s great service like this that keeps me returning!

Lazy workers can’t make enchiladas they say I have to order it online most wack thing I have ever heard. why even have a store front then!!? Serving cold steak
Closing hours are 11pm….We showed up at 9:15pm. We walked in to every table dirty, front work station not maintained in any cleanliness manner, using an paper towel to clean off instead of a sanitized towel, and numerous items out with no offer or verbal confirmation that more was already coming/cooking when asked about it. It was simply stated “we are out”..”we are out” ..”we are out”. The young lady working register did stop the gentleman that was wiping with a paper towel and told him to use a towel. She was also the only one who apologized for the food being out when we went to pay for the items we were able to get. The gentleman working the line was very unfriendly and unapproachable. Idk if this was due to a hard night or what but management failed their team tonight. The place was a mess and your team looked burnt.
