Chipotle Mexican Grill

We got there at 6:30 PM last night, a Saturday. Any manager would know that this is most likely a very busy time and should be staffed and stocked accordingly. There were about 6 people in line ahead of us. It took almost 15 minutes to get to the order point. We learned they were out of Barbacoa, lettuce and both brown and white rice. Unbelievable! The take out area was backed up with about 15 people standing there waiting, probably due to the shortages. This isn’t the first time we went here and we’re informed not all menu items were available. This is inexcusable. We left and ate next door. Not sure we will return.

"There is one employee who is working diligently, while the others appear disengaged. Each time I visit, there is either a lack of food or the food has been sitting out for two hours. This issue needs to be addressed, Chipotle."

At 4:40 p.m. on 10/14/24. I was taken aback by how rude the girl was that was taking my order. I asked if she wouldn’t mind doing one thing at once and she said she wouldn’t. I didn’t even order letting my husband order and I walked out with no food due to her rudeness. I didn’t feel comfortable ordering food and this is no way to treat someone who is being polite while ordering. She acted like she didn’t care, zero customer service.

We came to this location and sadly, they ran out of lettuce and guacamole three hours before they close

Food is never ready! We always order ahead of time and leave a tip, never again returning to this location.

This place could be a lot better, service sucks, employees always have attitude every time you ask for extra, food is ok for the amount of money they charge!

Rice was undercooked. It was hard and almost chalky. Do better because yall are not cheap!

I will never go back to this store, they give you child portions and when you ask for more meat, it's a charge. You gave me about 10 little pieces of steak and then you want to charge me extra for more steak. Keep your bowl

ordered chipotle online and said pick up 7:50. i worked 12 hr shift so i was hoping i would just pick up when I got there. but i arrived and They said there are orders before me. i was watching the workers while sitting and they were all over the place it looked like they were just not caring to work. I Didn’t get my food until 8:15.- 8:20. also Ordered chips that were stale like they’ve been out for days. I usually like this place, but this was a pretty bad experience.

Horrible to go into a restaurant and they are out of almost everything. Why even open? I love chipotle and won’t be visiting this location again because the always have extremely long waits and only about 2-3 people really working the others are just walking around or hiding in the back because you can see them popping there heads out every 5-10 minutes. They try to scam you on the portion size by giving you a lot of rice. Don’t waist your time going to this location you will be disappointed.
