As we were walking in we heard someone leaving saying “freebirds is better” we definitely should’ve listened. Unbelievably disgusted by this location. They were out of half of the items. Every single staff member working tonight was unprofessional, didn’t care about anyone coming in, and made terrible bowls. In the middle of making our bowls, they just stopped making ours and went to the next person and left us standing there for 5 minutes. It wasn’t until I said “HELLO IS ANYONE GNNA FINISH OUR BOWL” that they realized they forgot to come back to us. I absolutely regret paying for these trash bowls. When we asked for the manager an older man came up and we tried complaining and he said “ yeah I know it sucks, have a nice night”

This location gets worst with every visit. First off, females having braids to front of shoulders is not ok. Hair dangling in food is gross. The restaurant is a mess. Trash over flowing. Not one table was clean and floor is full of scattered food. I understand it can get busy... but I've worked in restaurants and it's about time management. It was not busy when my daughter and I stopped in yesterday. Was very gross. No sense of pride. Son much room for improvement.

So apparently there are 2 different sections to get food from, and I wanted queso and chips. They had it on the side with the guy doing online orders,but not on the dine-in side. So I asked if they can just get it from that side. Two different girls said they can't, and that they were not allowed to. What in the world SMH! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! The manager that came up with that should be checked. That's a good way to loose business!

Horrible customer service never has a fountain drinks. Very inconvenient when you pay for it online and show up to pick up your food just to find out there’s no fountain drinks at all. They don’t even notify on the app that the drinks are out of order.

Kate was amazing ! Very understaffed for lunch, but she was kind, quick, and very generous with the servings. She needs a raise, especially handling the rush alone that well !

Love coming here, but it was a bit busy today. Kate was the only one on the front end line. I just wanted to praise her because she gave such fast and welcoming service to everyone despite the line of customers waiting. Will for sure be coming back! Keep up the great work Kate!

Decided to try chipotle for the first time. Ordered a burrito through ubereats and they gave me a bowl. The sticker on the bowl literally says burrito. What kind of stupid as forgets the TORTILLA TO A DAMN BURRITO
Chipotle, it’s time to step in.
This location is clearly struggling, and from the outside, it looks like you’re hiring managers out of desperation. On Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, around 12 PM, the behavior of the manager on duty was completely unacceptable.
The way they spoke to employees was disrespectful and unprofessional. If you expect great service, you need to invest in coaching, training, and development—not just throw team members in without support. The current approach to “coaching” is harmful, not helpful.
This isn’t an employee problem. It’s a leadership problem. And until that’s addressed, things will only continue to decline.
To the parents of young people working here: If this is the type of management your kids are exposed to, you may want to encourage them to seek a more supportive environment.
Chipotle: this location has potential, but if you care about your brand, your team, and your customers, it’s time to pay attention to the feedback before it gets worse. Your sales will go down and you will continue to increase your prices.

We got there at 6:30 PM last night, a Saturday. Any manager would know that this is most likely a very busy time and should be staffed and stocked accordingly. There were about 6 people in line ahead of us. It took almost 15 minutes to get to the order point. We learned they were out of Barbacoa, lettuce and both brown and white rice. Unbelievable! The take out area was backed up with about 15 people standing there waiting, probably due to the shortages. This isn’t the first time we went here and we’re informed not all menu items were available. This is inexcusable. We left and ate next door. Not sure we will return.

At 4:40 p.m. on 10/14/24. I was taken aback by how rude the girl was that was taking my order. I asked if she wouldn’t mind doing one thing at once and she said she wouldn’t. I didn’t even order letting my husband order and I walked out with no food due to her rudeness. I didn’t feel comfortable ordering food and this is no way to treat someone who is being polite while ordering. She acted like she didn’t care, zero customer service.
