Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used to. Go to the one by terrell hills and ever since I started coming to this location I got bad food poisoning for two weeks and ever since that time i've never gone back or ever again and not , i'm planning i'm going never again.

The service was not good for one. The person that attended me helped a person before me did not change his gloves made my meal, but two meals for me was not happy. I got very ill had gas burping. The food wasn’t good. Something was wrong with it, my husband took a bite of his burrito. He crunched something hard. He spit it out. He threw the burrito away. We were not happy with the meal at all

Chipotle here was satisfactory all around on my visit.

Trinity was so much help in helping me make a choice on what to get . She was respectable , friendly , and showed exceptional customer service skills . I have come
To this location before but never have received this great of service . Thank you Trinity for making our visit pleasant and enjoyable.

This place get my order wrong 7/10… it sucks cause I drive home not trying to hold up the line, just to see that my order is wrong. Check your food before you pull off!!

This location shuts down 45 mins to and hour before closing very often despite their hours being until 11PM. They have horrendous customer service because their crew is ready to close and be finished by 10:10pm so a fresh wave of customers at that time deeply disturbs them. Tonight 10/17/25, an employee told a customer “I’m not making anymore!”, after the line began to build at 10:10PM and they’d ran out of white rice. Another crew began to make some however directly after stating there would be a wait, the line server placed 8 steam cleaning tablets on the line, opened them and began removing the food to drop them in. I asked her why is she doing that if we are still waiting to be served, she replied “these are just to purify the water, it won’t contaminate the food”, unknowingly to her, I’m VERY knowledgeable of Food Safety laws. I left and called in for the general manager contact information and employee AMY told me to “come in and try to catch her in the morning while she’s here”. AMY also stated their crew is trained to began cleaning the steam tablets at 10pm even with food still present and “that’s the way it goes”.

CAUTION: IT IS AGAINST FOOD SAFETY TO ADD CLEANING TABLETS TO A STEAM TABLE WITH FOOD ON IT AS IT WILL CONTAMINATE THE FOOD! CHEMICAL STEAM FROM THE TABLE WILL SURROUND THE FOOD AS THE TABLETS DO NOT ALLOW THE FOOD TRAYS TO SIT SECURE, LEAVING A WIDE GAP FOR THE CHEMICAL INDUCED STEAM FROM DISSOLVING CLEANING TABLETS TO ESCAPE. THIS IS A POISONOUS HAZARD

This location is clearly poorly operated, organized and do not follow basic food safety. I will be reporting them to the state for more random inspections. People’s safety and health is important.

This place has gone downhill so much. Every time I go it’s rush rush rush just so you can get half portions. Whatever management is telling this employees has to stop. They skimp so much on food it literally feels like they’re robbing me point blank. Stay way from this place at all cost.

Showed up and they didn't have any meat prepared. Was told 3 min and waited 30 min before I finally walked out. People looked high and didn't care

This is exactly why I don’t order food from Chipotle. Every single time I do they skimp me. They give me half portions. You guys have to stop acting like you are paying out of pocket for the food. You would never give this bowl to a customer in store.
