This review is for mark the manager… There needs to be better communication with your employees who work at this establishment… because Uber drivers as myself find it very frustrating driving over 9 miles expecting to pick up an order and get paid only to be told “you are the 5th driver to come for it” and when I spoke to the young at the door about why they hadn’t reported it something she says it’s alright we are closed now anyways…. It’s NOT alright I wasted my time for nothing and on top of it I lose out in pay and it’s really frustrating when all you have to do it tell your employees that if ANYONE comes for DoorDash or Uber eats to pick up an order MAKE SURE THEY CONFIRM THE PICK UP that way if the order mysteriously doesn’t make it to its destination then it falls on the driver and they won’t keep sending drivers to your restaurant to pick up and order that ISNT there…. It’s simple I’d really appreciate that MARK! And you aren’t the only restaurant who doesn’t do this but the majority of the others do make sure the drivers confirm id suggest you follow suit….

Worst service ever. This packet was in my food & not one apology was given when taking it back to get a refund for my uneaten food. They also made sure to only refund the bowl not the stall chips or my drink god forbid.

Not a real good place to take someone who's handi cap. Dine in is really cramped but the food is good and the staff awsome. Good place to grab and go especially if your handi cap.

Lucy assisted my husband and I. She was kind and patient, and our bowls looked amazing. The cashier was also very professional and kind as well. (I was not able to get her name) Thank you ladies, we will definitely go back again. This experience was way better than the first time we went.

Idk about this location, I have been a Chipotle customer a long time and what keeps me returning is that I am able to tailor to my diet regiment while keeping it fresh. Been to this spot since moving to the area, staff is not friendly and portions here are lacking. For my $15 salad it is a bit disappointing when you expect protein that you pay for.

NOTHING is wrong with the food! I love this place, but I this week the employee at the beginning waved his friends from outside to cut me in line. No explanation, just let his friend get it front of me and order her food before me, even though I’d been waiting.
