Dirty inside and out

I got there 15minutes before closing and the doors were locked. I understand them getting ready to close but I really wanted a burrito and hate to be that person but it ruined my night!! do better

This place has a drive for online orders only and that's why it's the best location for me. I have a toddler and sometimes my toddler is asleep. So I order online and pick up is a breeze. So far no problems with any of my orders.

The lady at the drive thru got my order wrong and when I addressed she seemed very annoyed &This location is stingy with their portions compared to other locations. I tried this location since I moved out and they gave me mostly rice &lettuce. I got 2Xs chicken and i just got a few pieces, I’m not sure if it’s management or the owner making the employees do this, but it’s not worth the price.

Ordered a salad bowl to go.
Lettuce and greens were bad.
I'm not sure why you served that old lettuce and greens.
Also the chicken was so dry and overcooked.
I'm a regular costumer at other locations.
I don't think I'm ever going back to that location on south east Military.
Poor quality food overall, that I couldn't eat that nasty salad bowl.

Myla was the best!

We visited at 9:23pm on a Sunday night (they close at 11pm) and they were out of lettuce cheese and other items. I asked if anything could be substituted for cheese and they said no they would have to charge. I also asked if they had any on the mobile order side (mind you I watched a worker on the mobile side grab items from the lobby line) and the employee said no with a rude attitude. I personally don’t like eating the bowl I normally get without cheese (plus it’s part of what you pay for) and it did not taste the same at all. The worst part I would have to say though upon all of this was eating in the dirty lobby while listening to the employees talk badly about the customers. If I had to rate the company as a whole based on our experience tonight It would be that chipotle has really gone down hill and lowered it’s standards.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I loved this Chipotle! The service was nice, and the portions were very good here! I loved the service here and the young lady that made my bowl was so polite and pleasant! I would definitely come here again! Please don’t change!

I did a family pickup order. Food was good. But some of the employees were a little rude. Order not ready when said it would be! Inside was very dirty.

First time trying chipotle ever mediocre overpriced burrito. I knew it was all bs hype.
