Love this place. They are generous with portions and you pick what you want. The meat portions are delicious. Can't beat it for a meal.

Place is dirty do not go to this location, and we told manger about how dirty the tables were and she didn’t do anything about it, she’s very rude and needs another job if she doesn’t like it here

The food was okay but I ordered a burrito and the rice was crunchy and the meat, beans, and rice were cold.

I visited this location yesterday evening and waited in line for about 20 minutes because only one employee was working the dining area. The other employee was working the pickup drive thru. I didn’t mind waiting she was doing her best to work quickly. Then a few more employees came in around 9:30. Once it was my turn the gentleman making my order told his coworker he needed more lettuce. When I went to add lettuce to my order the lettuce looked old, brown, and nasty. I asked “ Can I have different lettuce? this lettuce looks old and nasty” He tried to mix it around but the entire bin looked flat, nasty, and old. He agrees and says “Your right it does, let me grab some from the other station”. As he goes to get different lettuce I hear a girl say “tell her all the lettuce looks like that”. I was disgusted. The gentleman still tried to be helpful and said “let me check in the back” and the same girl stops him and says “we don’t have anymore she’ll just have to get that lettuce” I asked for her name and the employees were afraid to give me her name saying they didn’t want to get in trouble because she was the manager, they wanted to ask first if it was okay to give her name. Finally they said her name was Desenia and she was in the phone so she couldn’t speak with me. So unprofessional. I almost wanted to leave the food and go elsewhere but I had now been in this store for about 30 minutes trying to order my food. I was disgusted by that nasty old lettuce they tried to give me and even more disgusted at the “manager”. If I could give negative tarts I would!!!

Not gonna lie...my coworkers and I were pleasantly surprised. In the west coast, Chipotle is dogwater and expensive. This Chipotle was actually decently priced and gave decent portions. Rice was seasoned and cooked properly. Meat was actually cooked properly and seasoned. My only gripe is when I asked for double meat. When they ran out of barbacoa after 1 1/4 scoops, they still charged me for double meat. The barbacoa container was replaced with a full one for the next customer behind me. Would have been nice to have the protein portion corrected or at least not be charged for the double scoop. Overall though it was a good experience.

I ordered a bowl today and found someone’s tongue piercing in my food, I wish I had noticed it before I cracked my damn tooth biting down on it.

The staff you talk to is REALLY NICE. Don’t understand the hate.

Ordered here 3 times. First was a pickup order. The portion was SO SMALL. Anyway, I did not complain because I LOVE chipotle. Second time, I go in, size is good, lettuce looked brown, so I decided not to get any. Was hungry, so I started eating in my car. The rice was so undercooked to a point I could taste raw rice (friend rice) same as the meat. Tried calling to let them know they might want to throw out the rice in order to reduce negative feedback, but guess what, you can’t get to employees on the phone. Contacted customer care and got a freebie. I’m a chipotle munch, so I went back. Same thing with lettuce happened, rice and meat cooked a little better. I know that people like their rice cooked differently, but it was still a little hard. Not soft like all-the-way cooked rice is.

For the love of God!! STOP putting cold drinks in the same bag as our hot burritos!! What a terrible idea to have them sitting on the counter turning into lukewarm disappointment. 🧠

Super Busy and I didn’t feel neglected. Staff has a Great Attitude and my meal was made on time!

They are so stingy with their scoops and very bad customer service. Worst chipotle location.

A good place for lunch but terrible service, almost always shorthanded. I work across the street from this SE Military Dr location and there’s just no way I can make it back within an hour. Long lines form and not enough servers on hand to handle the traffic.
