Went in a minute before 8pm on Veterans Day and was in line. When it was my turn to order I asked if I could do the veterans deal and they said no. I’m like I was here and in line

I wouldn’t recommend this chipotle to anyone. The staff is very incompetent EVERYTIME. I get a quesadilla every time I order. I’ve had issues almost every time, they’re slow and act like they can’t hear. It’s simple! Steak and veggies and cheese that’s it! Today I was told I couldn’t order a quesadilla because there were only 3 workers in line so I needed to order it online??? What? Literally telling a customer they can’t order what’s on the menu makes no sense. I walked out immediately 🤣🤣🤣

Slow for pickup orders. They need more than one person working back there. Front counter runs smoothly.

Horrible employees, was waiting at the pick up lane for online orders. Was waiting patiently for 15 minutes, 5 employees including the manager saw me waiting and none attended. Just kept coming and going without helping. Drinking their drinks. Finally I honked and they finally open the window and give me the food. And all they could say is “I’m sorry about that.”
Sorry about acting like your customers don’t matter? Horrible location. Never coming back. Better off going by i35.

Every time they always mess up my order. The bag had my name but the names on the food were wrong. I’m sure they placed my order on someone else bag. Making a mistake like this is unacceptable. I drove 15 min to get there 15 min to get home.I haven’t gone for a couple of weeks because of this reason. I will not be returning.

If you’re an adult 200lbs+ you will be hungry again in 1 hrs.

This location is inconsistent. Portion will be either big or small. The one thing I didn't like about this location is the rice. The rice they put is not fully cooked. They need someone to actually check it before doing anything with it. It made my burrito taste like crap. I had to scoop all the uncooked rice and all I was left with was the meat and veggies. It was terrible because I was looking forward to eating my food. If you like uncooked rice, then this is the spot. Haha

This location USED to be good, but the staff always look upset and bothered by having to work there. The dining room is always dirty, the staff couldn’t care less if we order anything and the portion control isn’t consistent. Two people ordering similar bowls with ingredients and yet somehow one gets half the amount of an ingredient.
This isn’t even mentioning the fact that there is usually one important ingredient always being waited on.
Empty dining room with three customers waiting for white rice. $15 after tax for a bowl isn’t worth it anymore.
Obviously the managers don’t care, or even worse they have no idea how the store is operating.
