Came in to order a meal for my family and was I couldn’t order a quesadilla because I didn’t place the order online. I was forced to leave and get quesadillas from Taco Bell. How does a restaurant not want to take my order when I’m in the restaurant but will take it if I was online.

I’m here at the restaurant and you’re denying customers things on the menu because it wasn’t an online order?! I won’t be ordering chipotle anymore.

Before I left Colorado, Chipotle' home turf, they were dealing with several eboli issues.I thought about giving them another shot before I saw B-Rands post.Chipotle hasn't quite received the overall message is my take on it.All the advertising on TV and B-Rand's post gives me pause.BTW B-Rand, plastic doesn't normally appear to have wings.Just sayin'!I'm sorry for the franchise owners but y'all need to focus more on training your employees.My advice is to watch out for what you eat there.I'm with B-Rand.I'll be watching for positive reviews before I will ever consider trying Chipotle again.And then... I read the other reviews.#Pencil pushers seeing dollar signsThis Chipotle is begging for a lawsuit and with as many "Ambulance Chasers" as there are in San Antonio, good luck quashing it.Get your act together before you seriously hurt someone in our community y'all.

There was a piece of plastic in my bowl. Thank god I saw it with the reflection. Definitely not coming back here.

I purchased 2 of the carne asada tacos. The guy started by making one of the tacos wrong when the first thing I told him is they would have different ingredients and he said ok. The 2nd thing is he didn’t drain the beans properly so I had a soggy mess of a taco when I got home!! I asked for cheese and without hesitation he just added melted cheese not giving me the chance to tell him I wanted shredded cheese and he charged me an additional $1.25 per taco. This is the things that will make me drive farther out of my own community to get what I pay for!

First time trying the burrito I got the steak and lady that did my order she did a horrible job of wrapping very terrible . I couldn’t finish it, it was messy and falling apart . I would not be returning to that location if they can’t probably learn how to wrap a
I made an online order and then got home only to realize that the guacamole was very nasty and brown looking. This is the second time this has happened. The even more concerning thing is that the bottom layer of guacamole was even more brown and nasty looking than the top. This is very disappointing and I don’t think I will be ordering online anymore.

This Chipotle isn't very good. Placed mobile order and the portion sizes are a joke and I asked for utensils and didn't receive any. Whoever is running this chipotle location, shame on you for allowing the quality to go down. Chipotle isn't what it used to be! So sad...
