Drive thru is usually slow. Their systems go down quite a bit, backing up orders. There's always a spill near the drink station. They've been out of several menu items during peak times. You roll the dice with each visit.

Wait staff rushed us when ordering by giving us little time to ponder our options & repeating question w/no eye contact though no one was behind us. Same wait staff w/beard was not wearing a face shield.

Every single time I come through the drive thru, something is wrong with my order. Something is always missing or wrong. Or they’re out of something and ask me to wait 20 minutes while they make it. I always check my bag before leaving. Today, I drove all the way home without checking….and there was no chicken on my chicken bowl. Everything else except the chicken. This place is so terrible.

Inflated prices, missing items, poor food quality and the order was not prepared on time. 45 minutes to close and no Vinaigrette for the salad. Rice was underdone and no fajita vegetables in the bowl. All this for an inflated price. Too bad there's not a Freebirds in the neighborhood.

Came in at 10:34pm and they were not serving anymore meat, other than Carnitas. They had the whole kitchen broken down to clean already. I can see if it was already 10:50pm.

Horrible location. Third time coming to this location where they are out of ingredients. Today they didn’t have chicken or quac. My last experience, they didn’t have corn, cheese, or lettuce. Drink counter and tables are always filthy. This location gives Chipotle a bad presentation. Would never recommend. Horrible management and customer service!

What a horrible experience on a Friday night. Order took over 15 minutes. Manager was completely rude and saying that they were short staffed. Seriously? On a Friday night. Wow. She was dismissive and really didn’t seem to care about our having to wait so long for our order. Totally unacceptable for a chain fast food joint.

Went inside and got dinner 1/27/25 they barely had and ingredients. No rice, lettuce, guac or vinaigrette. But I still ordered and got food poisoning for the first time. Be cautious!
