Worse chipotle location they are always so slow with the food especially when you order online. There has not been a time that my online order taker over 30 min pass the time they say it will be ready.

I was in San Antonio, this was the first time in many years that I had gone to a Chipotle. It did not disappoint. I had the bowl with Steak, Black Beans, Brown rice, Guacamole, lettuce and homemade Pico! Delicious! We are getting one in Bastrop, very excited!

It's often my post workout meal so I'm here frequently enough to know I didn't catch them on a bad day. This is a management problem. The staff frequently try to serve half scoops of beans, protein, ask for more and you get quarter scoop. Frequently out of veggies, frequently need to ask for silverware. Cleanliness is typically ok.

I really enjoy chipotle I used to hate it and I felt it was overrated in the past but I love it and it’s delicious and this is one of my favorite locations the staff is friendly and they load up your burrito with as much as you want and can barely close it and it’s great value you definitely should dine in or pick up for a better experienceNever and I repeat never order chipotle through door dash or Uber unless your ok with gettIng a baby burrito that you can eat in less than 5 minutes and I mean how can you expect a restaurant to know what you really want unless you tell them yourself but hands down if you choose chipotle id recommend this locationAlso if they bring back Carne Asada it’s a bigger win

Stay away from this CHIPOTLE!!!!!!!! This location under serves on its portions. I order through the Chipotle App recently and after opening my burrito bowl I discovered the under served protein portion. The portion was so small I could count the total amount of chicken I got which was 5 pieces. The romaine lettuce was browning as it looks like it had been sitting there. This isn’t the first time that I have experienced this at this location. I even stopped eating Chipotle due to this bad experience. I really don’t appreciate the fact that I’m paying close to $10 for a protein that I hardly even get any of. If I wanted a vegetarian bowl then that’s what I’ll order next time. Chipotle needs to get its act together as this isn’t cool.Please also note that the location gets heavy traffic and the trash bins are always overflowing and tables are dirty.I will not be returning to this location or any other Chipotle locations until they get there standards back to par.

Ugg the steak was not very soft and it was so chewy couldn't even enjoy my burrito waste of money
Just received my online order without have the ingredients and my guac I payed extra for was also missing. Double check your order before going back home, I did not and will not have enough time to go back and correct my order (they close in 15 minutes)
