Got a barbacoa bowl to dine in and got one bite of barbacoa and the rest was just grease.
Poor customer care for such an expensive place to eat.

I've been a regular at Chipotle for a while now, but lately, it feels like the portion sizes have been shrinking. I usually have to ask for a little extra just to get what used to be a standard serving. Another recurring issue is the sour cream—it often ends up with bits of corn and onions in it, likely because of how it's positioned on the serving line. On the bright side, the service is usually friendly and efficient. That said, it's frustrating that the few times I’m really craving Chipotle, I end up disappointed with the overall experience.

I had to keep looking for chicken throughout my bowl, but I paid for Double so there shouldn't have been an issue w/ the meat. It's like if you're not standing there watching them make your meal, it's made wrong.

Placed an online order at 12pm for pick up at 12:20pm. It’s current 12:40pm and it’s still not ready…. There is four staff currently working. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering at this location again.

I recently had a very disappointing and concerning experience at your location. On the night of 7/29-25 and 7/30/25, my partner and I ordered two chicken bowls, and when we got home, I noticed the chicken was undercooked, soft, soggy, and pink inside. I was disgusted and pulled out a piece that was clearly raw. As I checked further, I found a dead fly in my food. My partner’s bowl was the same, his chicken was raw as well. We decided to take the food back to the location to request a refund, but by the time we arrived, it was already closed. We spoke with a team member named Micha (I believe that was his name), who was very kind and understanding. He said since the system was already turned off for the night, we would need to return the next morning. He also offered us a refund and two replacement bowls, which we appreciated. When we returned the next evening, we explained the situation to a female employee. She said we could only get either a refund or a free bowl, not both. When the coworker from the night before explained the issue and how bad the situation was and I showed her photo proof of the raw chicken and the fly, she finally agreed to honor what was originally offered. However, she did so with a noticeably rude and annoyed attitude. When I thanked her and asked her to pass along my thanks to Micha, she just gave me a rude look and didn’t respond.Sadly, when we got home again, both replacement bowls were undercooked just like before. We ended up throwing them away. I’ve eaten at this location before and the food was never like this. This is clearly a recurring issue now, and combined with the poor customer service, I won’t be returning.This experience was extremely disappointing, both from a food safety perspective and the way I was treated as a customer. I hope this is addressed seriously because serving raw chicken and food with insects is unacceptable.

I ordered 2 quesadillas to go and I received two tortillas with meat on the side and no cheese . Then my salad had plastic in it. Not sure who is making the food there but they don’t know what a quesadilla is and put a chunk of plastic in my salad .

I guess all the chipotles are the same at this point I need to STOP spending my money because the food just ain’t worth it anymore. The employees are rude and are always in a mood. I’m so over chipotle. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else because chipotle isn’t it and their food is crap.
