They literally mess up our order every-time and show no accountability. We had to go back multiple times to get our order fixed. Do not order from here and i think chipotle hq should so something about this store.

Came and there was nothing available, went to another location and they also didn’t have anything I had wanted. Very disappointing and a waste of time. What’s the point of having a choice if there’s nothing to choose from.

Saddest looking “salad” I’ve ever seen. THIS is supposed to be a $15 salad. It looks like they slapped half portions in there and shook it up.

Ordered online only to wait 15 minutes in store (plus my 10 minute drive) for my food. At that point, multiple customers had been helped in the line and it seemed like a massive waste of time to even order online. Inefficient. They came out multiple times asking if we had orders. Not sure what's going on, but won't be ordering or going here again.

We LOVE this location. They're not stingy with their protein! This location is almost 8 miles from my house and we prefer it over the one that is only 1.3 miles away on Culebra and Ranch View W in San Antonio. I'd rather drive further for better service. One day, the Ranch View location will catch up, hopefully. One last thing, to Corporate Chipotle, please stop begging for tips for your employees. We pay enough and I'm not going with a 30% tip (default suggestion) just to ensure that no one spits in my food. Please remove this from ordering. If you want to deliver to my house, I'll tip in cash. Yes, I know I can change the amount, I do $2 and hope this is enough to keep the saliva away. Pay your employees better.

I haven't been to Chipotle in a long time. I tried to order online so it could be quick and easy. The online order kept giving me issues to try again and finally I was able submit my order. I received a confirmation. When I arrived they didnt have my order. I waited for 20 mins and they ended up giving me another person's order. My order was not found in the system. So inconveniently I had to get off the car to order. They were no help and suggesting for me to get a refund on the website. Overall the food I ordered and doubled paid for, was cold and did not taste good. The food was not warm. I did not have a good 1st experience at this location.

I recommend taking a closer look at the team members working the front line. Today, the young woman preparing my order didn’t greet us, barely spoke, slammed food into the bowl, and acted as though our requests were an inconvenience. This is the first negative experience I’ve had at this location, and it was noticeably unprofessional. Even the cashier remarked, “It’s been that kind of day,” acknowledging the behavior.
Significantly smaller portions than other stores and not marked with names which is bad if you have a super hot portion and a not at all hot for your kid.

I always end up regretting coming to this location. The under served portions are always an issue, it’s annoying! Thin layer of rice, little sprinkle of beans, and a pinch of everything else. The person that served me this evening showed little to no care in providing good customer service or communication. She failed to state that they were having a shortage of guac & lettuce and told me halfway through making my bowl. She scraped whatever was left over & sprinkled left over lettuce -_-. I give this place the benefit of the doubt all the time but it’s always a disappointment. The only plus side to this experience was the gentleman not charging me for the scraped leftover guac. I hope management can either provide proper training for these employees or simply hire people that actually want to work & have good work ethics.

Very rude, nasty attitudes all of the staff, rushed except the young lady they were training at the register. Will never go here again and this location hasn’t been open long. I asked for one of their regular entree meats that was out and was told chose another we are still cooking it…. Ok I can’t wait? Yea very disappointed. And for 15 bucks for a burrito with barely any food naw won’t recommend not worth the hype… will be going to Free Birds at least I will get what I pay for.

I was just there and wow rude rude rude service I ask the lady in a polite way if she was ok and she tells me in a ugly rude way and loud yeah are you I question her your rude I ask for the manager and no manager showed up I hope the corporate knows how they are running this business to ground

Placed an online order and when I came to pick up my order they told me I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food even though it was completely empty inside. There were 5 people on shift just standing around doing nothing. We weren’t the only people told to wait as they turned 2 other people away. Worst service ever!!!

i had to bag my own food. Chloe was the cashier. it doesn’t matter who the customer is they shouldn’t have to bag their own food, thats ridicules . last Sunday a drain over flowed and it was all under the drink station and in the carpet there. disgusting. lazy. manager did nothing about it. just left the restaurant open. do better.
