Because they were out of certain meats the server allowed the man in front of me to call home and ask people what they would want instead while a bunch of us waited behind him. She sat there just waiting for him. When I finally got to order I wanted to order a steak bowl. They said it would be another 15 min. Fine maybe I'll try something else. But everything else was literally last scoop. I'm so happy I didn't take last scoop and would say buyer beware. In that 30 seconds of me trying to figure out if I would or wouldn't, the chicken finished so I chose that since it was fresh. When they came to refill, they just put the new stuff over the old. So whomever gets the last scoop, your chicken is God knows how old. When I finally got to eating my food the brown rice wasn't fully cooked through at all. Portions weren't a problem for me like other reviewers, but based on what I saw, experienced, and ate I have real questions about actual food safety and probably won't be back.

The serving is so little. I had 2 orders, pulled pork, and steak. The servers were very obviously trying to control the amount of food they serve to the point that there was just a small amount left on their scoop. I reacted why was the serving was so little and so the server added just a pinch of pulled pork and steak (about 5 pcs of steak cubes). When I got to the cashier, I was surprised that I was billed 2scopes of each protein. I started to ask why and the person standing beside the cashier which I was guessing was the supervisor said (in a disrespectful and offensive tone) that “I saw it was 2 scoops, and if you want you can go back and start a new order” as he started taking the bag with my orders away. I should have agreed and start a new order but there was a line and I was limited with time. Or I should have left and go to other locations but then again I didnt have enough time to do it. Or maybe just forget about eating chipotle but then I promised a co-worker to buy her for lunch. This experience was overall very unsatisfactory. I will never go back to this location again.
The one in the picture was the pulled pork. I was not able to take a picture of the steak order

Food was good but the reason I gave a 2 star was because I was rushed. It was dinner time at 7:30pm but I also wasn’t taking my time. I knew my order but the girl wouldn’t even let me say anything. She asked what kind and by the time I barely got the word out she would interrupt me with the next question and be already at the end by the dang lettuce. She had to walk back down the line twice because she passed up items I wanted on my burrito. The lady at check out just told me my total, asked for my card but not if I wanted a drink. Now everyone was hustling and working hard. But just please don’t rush me like that. Also all the lemonades were completely empty.

Ordered takeout, picked up - left - checked to see missing queso, only chips
Drove back and asked why - employee says, they're out! Offer to substitute for a soda
Ask why they didn't mention during pickup - am told "oops"
Incomplete orders ?! They have ONE job

Not very friendly. Customer service sucked. Diety inside also

Green/Black/Gray Guac, not fully cut big chunks of steak, cold food, under seasoned. There was also a worker complaining over and over about how he does too much. They need leadership.
Great service and food.

Listen, I get that Chipotle does NOT care about its customers anymore because the service is absolutely horrible. But now they've also skimped on the portions so hard and I got charged $16 for basically half of a bowl and when I asked the girl if it's a full portion she just stared at me. I was so hungry after work that I couldn't bring myself to walk out like I should've.
At least have your employees FAKE enjoy that they wanna be there, I'm not asking for anything extreme besides a "how are you?" at LEAST. There was one girl that genuinely looked happy to be there at the register, but the rest seemed like they're being held against their will.

My daughter tried Chipotle for the first time. She was a little nervous about ordering, but she got the chicken burrito. She loved it!

Wife ordered food to be picked up estimated time ready “5:00pm.” Arrived at 4:50pm and hung around in lobby. 5:00pm rolls around and fella in back slowly working on an order for a customer that was there before me. Waited longer, finally let employee know I was waiting for a pickup order under my name . About 15 minutes later the food is ready. I left around 5:25pm effectively defeating the purpose of the pickup order as I could have ordered several times in line.. wife ordered a veggie bowl and basically received a rice bowl with a spoonful of veggies. We drove 40 minutes round trip for terrible service and less than food than we feel we paid for.
