Im not sure what they are saying to the staff every morning. But they need some serious coaching and positive affirmations spoken over them!

No smiling or greeting. When I asked for more lettuce bc I was not even given a full handful, the lady rolled her eyes! Like seriously lettuce is one of the cheaper fulfillment items!

But my goodness the lack of energy and basic courtesy is what threw me back.

Typical Chipotle restaurant, good food. Came in around 11am on 26 July. The server was awesome, very friendly and very helpful. My teen daughter was unsure what to do; the server was very kind in explaining everything and made good recommendations. After a few bites, the server asked my daughter if she liked everything (daughter said yes). We had a good experience and a phenomenal server. Will probably eat here again soon.
