We dined in and there was a live roach on a bench near us. The dining area was very dirty and messy. Workers behind the counter were on their phones when tables really needed to be wiped down and trash picked up from the floor. Chipotle charges too much for such awful conditions. And they were out of barbacoa!

Listeria central. Believe the 1 star reviews. There’s permanent AC runoff on the entry wall to greet you, along with a sign advertising tortillas are broken ‘today’… at a burrito place. An employee standing on his phone joking with others in the dirtiest kitchen you’ve ever seen in an open kitchen design. Smoking grill in the background is covered in all of the days gunk with nothing active cooking. Two meats ran out completely as we went through the short line, but the employee still attempted to serve a quarter serving of cold, scraped raw pink carnitas off the bottom of the warmer for me. When I said at checkout I wasn’t returning to this location, the thirty something gentleman turned my bowl on its side, in a moment of abject maturity. Came here on a gift card and still regret it. Cabo Bob’s ftw. This was 6p btw, not 10p.

Why wait for the chicken to be completely out to cook more? The pans completely out, why was there not more cooking? Go to the other location. It’s dirty here too.

I was with my husband on 9 june 8pm We ordered 2 same meal , the guy was serving us was really gentle and kind When we had to pay , the girl at the register drop our food (that is not the problem ) but she gave us so bad behavior and bad attitude like we did something wrong . My husband told her ‘ I wish your day gets better ‘ And she gave us her back without Say anything . Thank you for sure next time I will not order with you are there
