1st time at this location honestly made me fall back in love with Chipotle. The folks were so nice and the food fresh and delicious!

A while ago, I got severe food poisoning from chipotle while in the hospital doubled over in severe pain. It was the worst experience of my life. I did call and report chipotle. They came out and checked the food and verified that the food was bad when I called chipotle and asked them to pay my hospital bill. They wanted nothing to do with me. They could’ve cared less that they caused me to get extremely sick.

It's currently 9:02 pm store closes in hour countertops dirty, crazy for Chipotle usual very clean. Food looked old no customers in the place when we walked in grill in back was also dirty. We left to hopefully go to another open on in the area did not take pictures

My husband and I went there just to try it and then to get charge and extra bowl 2 extra drinks and chips we didn't even order. The service was terrible. Forget trying to get a refund they take forever

To to see this place is terrible would be given them a compliment. First of all half a spoon of rice, half a spoon of chicken , quarter spoon of guac. And when I asked the server that’s all the luck I’m going to get she asked if I wanted a double one and I’ll be charged for that’s a no just that she goes and I quote. ” that’s all you gonna get.”

The juice containers were almost empty. One was completely empty and my entire visit there. They never filled it.
This place is very stingy with the food and at the prices they shouldn’t be. The staff were all young and at one time there was five people standing around and people were just waiting in line, which makes no sense but then again they must not care about customer service at all.
My advice is to stay away from this place, not worth your time not worth your money.
Not to mention, everything was cold and the rice was hard and stale.
You want good fresh food from the company store go to the one at Park North now they have fresh warm food and the staff there has always been amazing unless you want to get ugly stairs and stay at this place. Dirty tables and load blasting music. I guess the kids working there think it’s a club.
This place, the Quarry location is off the list and again do yourself a favor
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION !!!

Or do you still have a favor go to H-E-B buy your own guacamole add it to your food when you get to the table and you’ll have everything you want

For close to 20 bucks for a simple meal I could’ve gone to taco cabana and have it for $14 dollars less and it would taste even better.

Food is always accurate when I pick up. Fresh warm and yummy. Sometimes they can be slow or not paying attention to when an online order comes in and I have had to wait maybe twice. Both times I get there ask for my order & nothing, then see the person pull a ticket and another few more come out. They get mine out fairly quickly. Place is usually clean and quiet in the evening.

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:50am The store was not open, and several people were waiting in line. Around 10:55, a lady unlocked the door but did not open it or acknowledge anyone. I understand companies run late, but no hello, apology, or at least opening the door is poor customer service.
I also tried to contact support on the company website and it is not going through.

Workers working the line and cash register were beyond rude, making rude remarks and comments when we asked to change our regular chips and queso to a large. Manager was rude, and didn’t even acknowledge that we were there and she was working the register. Overall experience at this chipotle was very negative and I will not be coming back. Please teach your staff to respect and keep their remarks and comments to themselves.
