EVERY-TIME I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, I ALWAYS GET SKIMPED ON THE PROTEIN EVEN THOUGH I PAY FOR THE EXTRA PORTION, WHEN YOU LIVE 15-20 MIN AWAY, IT GETS OLD. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION , HOW CAN YOU CHARGE 15$ FOR BARLEY ANY FOOD?
Purchased my to go order and when I got home there was barely any chicken, the rice was hard and the food was cold. Tried to call to speak to a manager, but no one picked up the phone. Spent over $20.00 for burrito and burrito bowl to not eat. Shared my feedback online and no call from manager. Will file complaint to get my money back. Poor customer service and bad food.

My volleyball team visited this location on October 26th at 2:30pm. One of my players was short 3 dollars of change and the two girls working behind the counter had her stand and wait for 5 minutes while they figured it out. They then took her receipt and told her to sit down and that she would get her money later. After about 20 minutes she went back to the counter and they took more time trying to do the math. My player decided to be the bigger person, because shes a good human being, and said just forget it and walked away. Then the two girls along with a third employee laughed about the situation for about 5 more minutes.
There was a tall white guy with a hair bun, and a black guy with braids that seemed very courteous and hardworking. The other three were disrespectful idiots who shouldn't have a job there.

Second time they messed up my order, last time they forgot the side of guacamole that I paid for and this time my son's kids meal did not come with the small chips and they put the smallest amount of meat for his 2 tacos. They were too busy fighting over where the forks were placed to bother looking to see if the properly fulfilled the online order.

The servers were incredibly rude to me and to a new employee, that made me and the new employee feel terrible! The food server was very impatient and disrespectful to me! The check out person gave a really rude look to my daughter that was doing nothing wrong! Great food but TERRIBLE experience!

If I could give the service a negative rating- I would. We came in on a Sunday afternoon expecting it to be busy. There were a ton of workers but it seemed unorganized. At one point, I had completed ordering my food and my partner waited at the other end to begin ordering his - but everyone walked away.
As my partner was ordering his food, the young male worker put guacamole on his food when it wasn’t asked for. My partner told the worker “I didn’t ask for guac” and the employee said “yes you did”. My partner then reiterated that he only asked for cheese and the employee continued to argue back until he walked away and said “I’ll remake it” while almost tossing the food on the back counter and another employee said “I’ll do it what was on the bowl” with an attitude and TOSSING the food as quickly as she could into the bowl.
The cashier kind of dismissed us and we had to ask for the chips that we paid for because sure she started to walk away.

Not prepped/ not ready for opening time. Then the employees just stand there and look at your crazy without any sense of urgency. Was trying to get lunch before work, but from the looks of the other reviews glad I left. This location doesn’t seem to uphold the standards it used to.
Dirty tables, no ice in the machine, no forks, spoons, or napkins. Rude customer service.

I waited like 35 minutes for my mobile order only to find out that they never received it. I don't know if it was chipotle's fault or not but I'm still giving them 1 star because I'm feel like it
Worst service and they weren't ready to serve upon opening late. I placed an online order to be picked up at 10:50am. They weren't open on time. One female employee was rude when I asked for my drink cup while I waited. The team serviced a walk up before me. I got my food 12 minutes after it should've been ready. They didn't even have the dressing prepared for the salad that I ordered. I recommend the 281 and Bitters location. They're better prepared for opening at 10:45am.
